IN THIS MONTH'S ARTICLE, I would like to give the reader a concept which came through me that will assist them in becoming more present and aligned with the Higher Mind that I will call Consciousness. As usual, I ask that the reader take what feels right and leave the rest. I encourage all to write me, (AnandaofLove@aol.com) with any questions or comments. This article will be in two parts so the reader has a chance to digest what I share here.

When we trigger something and react - we are actually activating a program, which I will call "cell" in this article. For example, lets say we meet someone and, immediately, we feel upset, as if something in us isn't alright with this connection. Logically, there is no reason for this to occur, yet the upset is there. In this example, I am assisting the reader to see how one actualizes the cell as it relates to the feelings that came up in us as we meet this person. In fact, that cell is the actual birthplace of the program activated by you sometime in space time.

Another example would be related to a computer, and how we consciously decide to open a program, which then opens to the experience we choose to have. Sometimes we open a program and we don't realize that we opened it; so, it just seems to appear and start operating as though we haven't consciously decided to do this. When this occurs, it is often a nuisance to us. This state of upset is what occurs when we see something in our reality that just seems to appear. We can't imagine that we have had anything to do with it. But, once we become consciously aware of the part we play in making our world what it has become, we can start making changes based on what it is we desire to see.

This is a short and concise summary of how we live in material reality. All we see in physical reality is an out-picturing of that which we are thinking and feeling and which we have programmed to be the foundation of our perceptual reality. The attention we give to this set of programs is how they will stay alive in world. The more we pay mind to these programs the more we will see the same old ...same old in our world.

In recent observation, I have noticed that all I see presently is what was. Very little I see is new. It is my belief that all relationships - whatever they are and with whomever they are - are all representatives of the cells I will call Mother and Father, which is the foundation of the teaching you received as a child. The way you were treated is how every relationship in your world will respond to you.

If you were valued - you will perceive situations, people, places and things that will honor you. If you were dis-honored - you will perceive situations that dis-honor you. Our primary caregivers are the foundations cells that are the launching pad of all we experience in this reality. If mother was detached and daddy was abusive - these are the cells that will be reproduced over and over in your perceptual reality. As we move into relationship mode, these two cells are the ones that will be activated. So, when we meet the stranger and re-act, we are actually re-act-ivating our mommy and daddy cell.

Now that I know I am the creator of all I see, I can no longer see mother and father as the cause of my dysfunctional life, because it was the "I" who activated the Mother (detached) cell and Father (abuse) cell in the field of infinite potential to fit the mold I have chosen to experience in this perceptual reality. This is where A Course in Miracles comes in play; for in ACIM we are told that there is no-thing to forgive, for no-thing is happening in this reality that we haven't made happen. Since it is all a dream state (perceptual reality), what is there to forgive?

In a dream are we ever in danger?

Can some thing be more real than another in dream state?

This idea takes me to the topic of this article: The Heart of Creation.

Since I am the creator of all I see, and since all I see I assumed before it became reality, then it must be that all I see is of me. All comes into being through a cell I have activated in the field of potential that resides within me.

In The New Physics of Healing, Chopra refers to Dr. Ellen Langor a former Harvard Psychology professor's work. Langor advertised for 100 volunteers aged over 70 years. She took them to a Monastery outside Boston to play "Let's Pretend". They were divided into 2 groups each of which resided in a different part of the building. One group, the control group, spent several days talking about the 1950s. The other group, the experimental group, had to live as if in the year 1959 and talk about it in the present tense. What appeared on their TV screens were the old newscasts and movies. They read old newspapers and magazines of the period.

After 3 days, everyone was photographed and the photographs judged by independent judges who knew nothing of the nature of the experiment. The experimental group seemed to have gotten younger in appearance. Langor then arranged for them to be tested for 100 physiological parameters of aging, which included, of course, blood pressure, near point vision and DHEA levels. After 10 days of living as if in 1959, all parameters had reversed by the equivalent of at least 20 years.

I myself had a similar experiment with one of my students who fell in love with a woman twice his age. They eventually moved in together, and every time I saw the woman, she appeared younger and younger. She told me that she felt like a young woman again, and that her energy and sex drive was the same as when she was in her early twenties. What happened here is what happens in every moment we trigger a cell and pay it mind. The old Flame was ignited in the woman, and a spark of remembrance of his first of Love was ignited in this man. He told me that, when he looked in her face, he saw the face of his first love; and she said she saw every man she ever loved in this man's reflection.

The familiar question, "What came first - the chicken or the egg?" can finally be answered, here. Neither. There is no time - no past - no present. Program response is all that is occurring. A cell is activated in no time. The doctor, as well as the patients, are exactly in the same mind when all occurs. My student and his lover were both in the right place at the right time (in no time) and the match was made. They re-membered or brought to life something laying dormant in their field of potential.

In my classes, I am often told I tend to be a bit abstract. It seems that, when I go to the teacher within, as I teach these classes, I trigger a cell of Higher Truth, neither good nor bad, just Higher in Octave (a term being used currently to define vibration). Please bear with me as I share one of these Higher concepts that came forth in one of my presentations. This concept isn't new, but this is the way it came through me and, perhaps, it will be the answer to a question for someone reading this article.

Within the Mind of man is a field of Infinite Potential, and many bands (as i call them) are in this field. To me, these bands look like the rings of Saturn. In the first band - which I call the outer band - is potential realized by the perceiver. This is what is dancing for him in his periphery. This is where he does his daily shopping; where he goes to activate his cells to make his day be what it has always been. We can say that this band is his blueprint for the state of being he has constructed in which he lives. He knows these cells like the back of his hand because these cells have always been with him in this perceptual reality. It's like he goes into the control room and he turns on the switches and his day begins. Not until he begins to notice that he is doing the same old thing in every moment - like the movie, Ground Hog Day, does he see that it is he that is constructing his day and controlling all his outcomes. It is as it always was, as it is now, and as it will always will be.

Once this occurs, he can begin to venture beyond his predisposed outer band to the next band of potential that is different from the one he was used to, but still resembles what was. As he ventures through this field, he starts to see what was less and less and what is more and more. Eventually, what was will die off because of lack of attention, and he then will be in a parallel reality. He may or may not look the same, and the street he lives on may still be the same street, but everything looks new and he feels different. Once one awakens, many other ones will awaken to this knowledge, then all will…
