Quotes from some of the most popular metaphysical authors (Neale Donald Walsh, Lee Carroll/ Kryon, Abraham-Hicks, Gregg Braden, Gary Zukav, and Shakti Gawain to mention only a few) are spread throughout the book, as are famous quotations and the lyrics of popular songs. Through these Tratar provides glimpses into the dynamics of life and ideas for moving into greater harmony with it. The author also shares her personal stories and writes from the perspective of one who has traveled the path herself. This is not a book to skim through quickly and then put away on the shelf. It's a book to work through slowly, unit by unit, until all the concepts have been absorbed and integrated. The words 'operating manual' don't quite do it justice it's more like a full course in reality creation, complete with techniques for clearing blockages from the past. There are lots of tips for redefining your path, staying centered, getting back on your path when you lose your way, and creating a healthy body.
