Pisces
brings connection with our inner, spiritual reality
As the sun makes its yearly journey through each of the twelve
zodiacal signs, we experience a natural progression from the fresh new
energy of Spring, through the cycle of growth, creativity, relationship,
higher learning, worldly endeavors, social causes, and finally, to completion
in the mystical sign of Pisces. The sun entered the last sign of the
zodiac, Pisces, on February 18, and will continue there until the Spring
Equinox on March 20. While the sun is in Pisces, the universal intelligence
is giving us an opportunity to pause, reflect, integrate previous experiences,
meditate, connect with an inner spiritual reality, and find deeper meaning
to our lives.
Heightened intuition effects global consciousness
On March 2, we have a new moon in Pisces, giving us access to our higher
awareness and inspiring new creativity. We may find that our intuition
is heightened at this time, or that we become particularly sensitive.
Although there is the possibility of being more susceptible to drugs
or various forms of escapism, artistic or healing abilities may also
be enhanced while the sun transits Pisces. While our attunement to the
mystical realms is heightened, we have the option of using our psychic
and telepathic awareness to effect global consciousness toward peaceful
resolutions of worldly conflict.
Solutions to global strife must be found now
The two planetary powerhouses, Saturn and Pluto, continue to face off
in a tense opposition, which threatens to become combustible, leading
to more global strife, unless reasonable and innovative solutions are
found in early March. Our highest ideals and principles, as well as
our ability to communicate clearly and meaningfully, are being tested,
and hopefully strengthened through these challenges.
Uranus changes signs, bringing profound changes
A profound change occurs on March 10 as the giant planet, Uranus leaves
it’s home sign of Aquarius after a seven-year stay, to enter Pisces.
Uranus revolutionizes our lives by bringing sometimes sudden and radical
change. During it’s transit of Aquarius, we have seen a communication
revolution of immense proportions, with the growth of the world wide
web, advances in telecommunications, and vast increases in high speed
technologies that have transformed our world into a global community.
We have also experienced a huge proliferation of consciousness-raising
information and technologies that are transforming the way we experience
life on Earth.
The
foundations of our spiritual beliefs are tested
Except for a short dip back into Aquarius from September until the end
of December of this year, Uranus will now spend the next seven years
in the mystical sign of Pisces, shaking the foundations of our religious
and spiritual beliefs. Previously suspect, psychic abilities will become
the norm as more and more people open the channels for higher mental
awareness. The intuitive sciences and healing arts will gain much popularity,
and new art forms will emerge, as will new drugs and other forms of
fantasy.
Telepathic awareness opens window of opportunity
The middle of March marks an important turning point for humanity as
we begin to leave behind the old belief systems that used to form the
basis for most of the social structure in our society. A new field of
possibility is birthed in the human psyche as we become more telepathic
and receptive to higher frequencies en masse. A window of opportunity
opens this year for us to experience the power of our purposeful visualizations
to shape our lives and determine our future.
Full moon brings integration of higher knowing
On March 18, we have a full moon in Virgo, opposite the sun in Pisces,
raising our awareness about our daily rituals and habits, as well as
how we communicate with others. Awareness of our higher, spiritual nature
is not enough; it must be integrated within the structure and every-day
details of our lives to become truly rewarding.
Spring Equinox opens a new field of possibilities
The sun completes it’s journey through Pisces and enters Aries
on March 20, initiating the Spring Equinox and bringing in a new theme
for the coming twelve-month cycle. We will be challenged to resolve
the tension between our desire for personal self-gratification and our
need to be of service to humanity. The key is in finding balance; we
are only truly happy when we are somehow giving and making a contribution,
yet we also must include self-love to be whole. As the planet of communication,
Mercury, joins the sun in Aries on March 21, we feel the impulse to
begin new projects, businesses, artistic creations, or to begin a new
way of living. In the last week of March, we feel a sense of renewal
that opens us to a wide scope of future possibilities.

truth is available to you if you can let go of any sense of separation

much can change in the way you regard yourself; when you truly love
yourself, the world is a more beautiful place. There are no “mistakes”
for which one cannot forgive oneself. Become more open in your communication
with others. |

As
champion of a new world of consciousness, you delight in the beginnings
of dramatic change coming about. Recognize also that even you must
change some of your rigidly held belief systems. Love is your key,
beginning with yourself. |

deep and often private love of life is called forth at this time
of great worldly change to propel you into your vision of a united
humanity. The old ways of relating vanish as each person who comes
