GREETINGS! GREETINGS! GREETINGS! My Beautiful Beings Of Light. Your smile is brighter than this Messenger has ever seen it within this moment in NOW. "Ah!" But you say, "I am not smiling." But you are, My Divine Beings of Grace, within your Highest of Selves you are smiling.

The energies have been swirling and twirling ever so strongly for a while now and many are finding that they are on an emotional roll-a-coater ride with every new wave of energy that enters the Earth Plane.

Allow The Creator to gift you with some soothing, balancing Love Energy so that for a moment you can find yourselves leveled out. Just close your eyes and take three very deep breaths in and out. As you breathe in for the third time just allow the out breath to leave with a sigh, pushing all the air out of the lungs. Then begin the "in" breath. The air that you are breathing in has been specially mixed with The Creator's Essence, a special oxygen love wave mixture, if you will, just for you. Repeat this slow deep breathing for another two breath cycles.

Just allow yourself to remain quiet with eyes closed for a moment. Place both hands on your Solar Plexus (the area around your belly button) and repeat the breathing cycle three more times. This will bring you back into connection with your core Being. Be still a moment longer. See the area around you becoming completely still and centered. Enjoy this state as long as you allow yourself to and when you are ready resume your day.

My Beautiful Beings of Grace this is an exercise that you can use at any time to assist in the stress reduction that your physical vessel greatly needs.

Energy fluxes are times of tension for the physical body. They push the physical body to greater limits while stretching the spiritual body to awaken. The Etheric Body has no issues with these changes and thus feels no stress or discomfort in any way. It is the physical body that has the job of handling the extremes so that the spiritual body can continue to expand its awakening.

Part of the physical incarnation process is the scripted dialogue with the selected physical vessel on how best to handle the stresses of higher energy variations. If you compound this My Beloveds with daily work, family and relationship issues as well, the poor physical body is truly in major pain. The physical body needs lots of care and concern for its well being so that you My Divine Light Warriors can continue to grow and expand on the spiritual plane.

There is only so much that the physical form can endure without compromising its immune system. The vast spiritual growth that is needed was never designed to blend with added stress factors such as job, family, relationship or financial worries. These areas have been created by the human, thinking it is only human and were not part of the script from your pre-incarnation period.

It goes back to The Ego trying to "hot wire", if you will, the belief that you are only this physical form, not this wonderful Etheric Energy Body having a human experience.

Watch carefully by Divine Bearers of Light and you will be able to discern what is Ego created and what is inbound spiritual energy coming in for your growth.

The higher energies are what you have been waiting for. They are the mile markers that tell you it is time once again to take another step up on the ladder of evolution.

Your Higher Essence is fast tracking, if you will, with each wave of higher energy that enters the Earth Plane.

The Higher Essence scripted some very difficult life lessons and experiences so that it could grow and evolve at a much faster pace.

Be gentle with your bodies, you stood in line waiting with body description and script in hand to take your turn at incarnation within this Earth Play. These are your sacred moments of physical experience and lessons to help your Etheric Higher Self grow with love and compassion. Nothing that happens really ever occurs without your permission on some level or higher plane of existence.

Sooth the body, allow it to be relaxed and in joy. Be in gratitude for this beautiful body you selected it down to the very tiniest particle. Bathe it in light and fill it with love, show it respect and compassion. Celebrate your opportunity to experience physical form.

Even those that selected disabilities or other such physical maladies chose them as learning experiences and higher lessons. Celebrate and embrace what ever way you decided to create this physical vessel, your are here because you requested it to be so.

Honor the "I AM" and greet it in the mirror each day when you awaken. Tell the "I AM" that you love it unconditionally on a daily basis. Embrace the body and thank it for its service each morning and evening. Thank it for its continued support; surround it with love through out the day. Bless it at night as you fall asleep and thank The Creator for this opportunity to be on Planet Earth during these most dramatic of times.

As you travel or make your way to work each day allow yourself to be a beacon of love and share it with everyone on the road or by way. See yourself as a light house with your light continually circling out into humanity and bathing it with love as you make your way down the road.

Part of your journey is to transmit out love to all that you meet. You are the "receiver" of incoming love energy and you are the "transmitter" of our going love energy. You receive through your left palm and transmit out through your right palm. You receive through your Crown Chakra and send out through your right palm or both palms if it is a healing session.

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey...

Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed for a while. You may either sit or lie down which ever is more comfortable for you. Cover your physical self with a light blanket if you chill easily. You want no distractions during your meditations so always make sure the physical vessel is comfortable.

If it helps you to visualize by identifying your ego with a symbol or as an object please do so.

Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey.

In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying "My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you My Creator for assisting me by sending this Ray that is now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into this physical form, permeating all that is within this Beingness's presence, I AM."

The Creator has answered and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus an luminous Green ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating through out all of your energy fields into all corners of the area that you are in; then exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a circular motion. These rays are in a continuous circulating loop while you are in meditation.

Visualize yourself using your breath to form a figure "8". The "in" breath forms the top loop of the 8 which goes over your head and your "out" breath forms the bottom loop that goes under your feet. The middle of the 8 is your waistline and forms the still point between the "in" breath and the "out" breath. It is forming the sign of Infinity and it rhythmically continuing over and over again with each "in" breath and "out" breath. This is a reminder that you are infinitely guided through out eternity.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you that is not for your highest good with out your permission.

Breathe in deeply My Divine Light Beings and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator's spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment.

Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and Guides join you and take your etheric hand to direct you into your Spiritual Heart Chakra.

At this time invite in all the Spiritual Guests that you would enjoy having accompany you on this journey.

Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. You locate and turn the door knob of the Golden Door that says "To My Highest Guidance Within" you cross over the threshold.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. You see down the hall that there are several nurse Angels waiting on you by your Healing Room Door.

You follow your Guardian Angels and ask what today's session is to be all about. The Angels express to you that there is a concern that your physical vessel is to stressed. Today session will be about relaxation, balance and centering.

The Angels lead you over the threshold and into your Healing Room. You see to your right a beautiful Emerald Green Pool with Lotus blossoms floating on the water and you see to your left a seating area. In between these two areas you see a golden chair on a raised section with three steps leading up to it.

Your Angels gesture for you to sit in the golden chair. You walk up the steps and do as instructed. The golden chair the Angels explain has a very sophisticated sensing ability that operates around the fields of the chair. These sensing abilities will allow the nurse Angels to recommend what is needed for the physical vessel for the moment.

As you sit in the chair you feel no sensations or feelings of any kind. You notice that the nurse Angels are using some type of scanning device up and done your Chakra system looking for anything that might be out of balance or alignment.

They next bring out the tuning forks and proceed to correct the Chakra systems spin and balance. They start at the base Chakra and work their way all the way out. Each Chakra receives the tuning fork sound for its particular location. You notice that you begin to feel better and better although before hand you had really not recognized that you weren't in perfect harmony.

After the sound corrections they bring out the colors and begin working through the various color array to reincorporate the correct color for each Chakra as well as the tone.

After the color correction the nurse Angels look at each Chakra and with tweezers remove any further debris that they notice might be blocking that spinning wheel of light. Once all the Chakras are aligned and attuned they review your auric field.

They bring out what looks like a tiny vacuum or dust buster and being to vacuum several areas within the auric field. One particular area appears to be somewhat problematic and requires them to go over it several times. They finally finish that area. It appears that the area needed a little healing ointment and they bring out a tube of green light and dab on a dot or two of healing elixir to the spot that had some issues.

Funny you say to yourself that spot being cleared up seemed to have a connection with a place that had been hurting on your right side for some time. You mention this to your Angels and they smile and shake their head in agreement. They tell you that you have been needing this tune up for quite sometime.

You are sensing that they are correct because the adjustments that have been made have really made a difference in how you are feeling.

They now have pulled out a polishing cloth and are shinning up your auric fields. The tuning forks are pulled out again. This time they are correcting and aligning your fields with tones.

Next they are selecting a channel from what looks like a radio of some type. They match the radio channel with the correct tuning fork and continue with this for another few seconds.

They explain to you that what is happening now is that you are being aligned and attuned to The Creator's Heart frequency. This will allow you to be in perfect balance and harmony with Universal Will for your highest good.

You sense a feeling of well being flooding over you as they complete this exercise. You also feel the warmth of The Creator's love come through directly to you now. It is if you had this connection turned off or to low for you to hear before.

The nurse Angels have finished their work. They are telling you that you have gone through a great deal of adjustment and re-alignment. They are directing you to the changing screen and asking you to put on your bathing suite. They explain that sitting in the Emerald Green pool for half an hour would be the final necessity to complete their work on your behalf.

You do as they ask and put on your suit. You walk over and step into the pool and just allow the water to flow over you as you walk down the pool stairs. You find that the water is a perfect temperature. You sense that you want to float on your back and so begin that action.

You find yourself very very sleepy and just allow your eye lids to close. You feel the emerald green water pulling all of the stress out of your body. The feeling is heavenly. You sleep deeply and feel that all has been healed.

You awaken to a wonderful aroma of gardenias. The Angles are at the top of the pool steps with a bath robe waiting on you. They tell you that when you are ready that you can get out.

You climb back up the steps. You feel renewed, re-energized and refreshed. You are seeing clearly and sense such calm and joy pulsing through out your being.

You reach the Angels put on the robe and then go to put your clothes back on.

You find that your clothes that you were wearing when you came in have been replaced with the finest of garments you have ever seen. You put them on and they feel magnificent.

You come around the corner and the Angels tell you how marvelous you look, so beautiful, peace filled and content.

Your head nods in agreement and you thank them for the new clothes. They smile and tell you that only the very best will serve you in your current state of attunement.

They tell you it is time to return. You agree and ask for their assistance in the future to return to be put back into shape as the need arises.

They smile delighted that you have asked for assistance and state that they will be glad to accompany you at anytime, just call them.

You follow them out into the corridor and make your way to the white marble corridor with the elevators. You take one look in the mirror as see that you being has changed substantially. Your eyes look rested and your entire persona seem confident and attuned.

Your Angels lead you back across the golden threshold door that leads you back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they direct your spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

When you are ready wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Always invite them in and thank them for their assistance.

Embrace an attitude of gratitude for all that you are.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.
