Beloved, here you are, realizing our presence once again. It is love that brings us
here to be with you and love that sustains this relationship. Bring yourself around
to focus on your heart and on our words. Fill yourself with the light we bring, for
you are beloved of us. You are greatly loved.

Whenever strong opinion fills people they are quick to make judgements and try
to open paths forcibly. Much is lost through such behavior. The people who
inhabit the world tend to rely on such patterns of thinking and behaving. They go
through their lives like bulls in china shops, rarely knowing what they have
broken or destroyed. The words, Be Of Love, are so appropriate to follow for if
one is of love, gentleness is present.

Treat each person with respect, no matter what his place in the scheme of things
appears to be, for each person is God. Each person is holy and deeply loved.
Bring your words and your thoughts to focus on this fact. Each person is holy.

If I say to you, "You are better than everyone else, because your clothes are
fine, your house is expensive and all you purchased is of the finest quality.", I
would be praising only the externals you have chosen to surround yourself with.
At hearing this, you might very well choose to be flattered, but what would it
mean? Where would the true value of this statement lie? If I say to you, "Your
house is a mess, and your clothes smell. All you purchased is junk so you are no
good." You might very well choose to be hurt, but what would it mean? Where
would the true value in this statement lie? I would be criticizing only the
externals you have chosen to surround yourself with. Both sets of observations
are of no value whatsoever. Both sets only serve to create a situation in which
the "I" sets him/herself up as the great judge and seeks to sit in a position of
power.

Opportunities to create such situations abound. Be aware of what it is you find
yourself saying. Instead of praising someone's clothes, mention that they have a
nice smile. Mention the parts of them that are expressions of Spirit within and
your words will be sweet to hear, bringing light to the countenance.

If criticism is to be given, be certain that it is constructive and serves to build the
person up. Seek only to help their spirit flourish. Then your words and actions
will be those of love.

Use these same guidelines when you speak of yourself as well. Bring love into
all that you do for yourself and for others. For it is the love you have for the self
within you that you can share. No other. Allow us to fill you with love. Allow us
to bring the light of love to you so that you may have a full well to draw from.
You are beloved of us. Always remember that. You are the lovely expressions
of God who walk the earth and sing. Yours are the feet the earth loves to feel
upon her. What else but good would you say?

It is our fondest desire that all come to know the extent of the love that is here
for you, free for the taking. It is like a vast ocean. You may choose to go and
stand with your feet in the water, or you may not. It is so simple to walk upon
the sand to where the water laps the shore and stand there. You, with your own
feet can touch the huge ocean. You can ponder her vastness and wonder at
your place in her. You can be awed by her power and majesty, knowing that
since you have touched the ocean, you are a part of the ocean. Love is like that
too. It is such a simple thing to walk up and touch yet such a vast thing to be part
of.

Recognize the gifts as they are given to you. Recognize that you may choose to
be part of the vastness of the universe. You may choose to stand outside and
look up at the stars. In standing there, you place your body within the vastness of
the sky. You reach with your being into the infinite. You join the stars in their
places in the heavens. The point you stand on is where heaven touches the earth
just as when you stand where the ocean touches the shore, and it is for now,
your place in the heavens.

It is with tremendous joy that we share this message with you today. Our love
for you is without limits. We long for you to realize that there is the same amount
of love within each and every one of you as there is within each of us. Bring
love to the forefront of all you do. Bring love to each and every breath that you
take. Emit only love. It is the most sacred choice you will ever make and we
want you to understand what we are saying very clearly. Choose to emit only
love, for in this way you will fill the universe with love and only love will come
back to you. The cycle will be endless creation.

We honor you for doing the work you have chosen to do here on earth. Many
wait with us here on this side of the veil. Many stand here and cheer as you
make your way across the game board of free choice. The roar of the crowd is
tremendous. We are always so amazed that you do not hear us and awaken. It
is then we remember that the veil is very thick even though it is so close to the
end of the game. If you heard the cheering, what would you do? Think about it.
Listen for it. For it is surely there.

It is with the greatest love that we send these words to you today. It is our
greatest desire to assist you as you play this game called life. We are here, ask
for us for we await your focus. Listen for us, for we always answer, for love is,
and always is, and so it is.......
