As will immediately be evident from the Word and Name Arts that appear in part II of our series on Lexigramming in this issue, Will Schive is a man whose work has the power to not only transform lives, but also unveil some very important truths that are concealed within both our names and our language.

Prompted by the response to his first article in last month's issue, Leslie Garrison tracked the elusive wordsmith down to his beloved mountain hideaway home. With the help of the internet and email, she was able to discover a little more about the man who is furthering the late Linda Goodman's initial unravelings of the Lexigram.

I recently had the honor of corresponding with William Schive, author of the (as yet to be published) book, "Letters Let Seer See", which reveals the nature of the Lexigram. In the first article of his series, "Lexigramming, A Key to Understanding and Enlightenment," which appeared last month, Schive explained the basic principles of his life's passion - working with the sacred energies contained within words.

Schive is busy these days building his non-profit group, Good Works on Earth, which includes his website, www.goodworksonearth.org. (If you haven't checked it out already, you'll find it's certainly worth doing so, as it's packed with many amazing and thought-provoking Word and Name Arts, as well as guidelines on Lexigramming.

Schive formed Good Works On Earth as a non-profit group to support the sharing of his work with the world. As he explained, "Our web site shares some key points of the Lexigram, and I will continue to build this site, adding new revealings as the Word Arts and Name Arts ask to be revealed.

"I'm also very busy helping some dear friends create a retreat where folks can come and spend a few days in the deep forest of nature and learn the secrets revealed within the Lexigram, while doing body work, cleansing their bodies, eating organic foods and soothing their spirits with Love and light."

Contrary to what one might expect from a man who's spent the last 12 years working with words, Schive is not a fan of crossword puzzles or games like Scrabble. "Lexigramming," he says, "takes word usage to a deeper and more profound level than these word games. "Having said that, I do get to play a lot in my work."

It comes as no surprise, however, to hear that he's also a dedicated reader. "I have disposed of personal libraries twice now, both numbering in the thousand range of books, since most of my reading these days tends to be connected with word researches or to learn how to do things, such as make a web page. So, though, I do not read as much as I would like to these days, mainly because I am so busy with life and living and creating and sharing this work, I do love reading. Just yesterday I received from Rita Eide, a copy of her book, The Celestial Voice of Diana, which is published by Findhorn Press [see the interview with Rita Eide in this issue]. As I read the writing I can feel the presence of Diana in the words and I relax into the knowing that all is well in all the universes. I know this may be interpreted oddly, so let me clarify this by explaining that the word 'please' contains the word 'asleep' as well as the words 'sleep ease.' This is a hint from the word 'please' to relax and be at peace while both awake and asleep."

Words have a power of their own, as many are aware, but Schive knows words on a more intimate level than most of us do, and he honors them as living entities. "I know words are cared for by beings of awareness that Linda Goodman called the word druids. While working with words or names the words do whisper to me, they do show themsElves to me in various ways. Mostly though, I hear their gentle sweet whisperings. Many times, I see their light, and hear their name, but do not see the letterings, as such. Then again, there are times when I do, because I look at them with the intention to do so."

His awareness of words, and especially names, suffuses Schive's every waking hour. "I do hear Lexigrams as people speak. I hear in the words and the letters of the words they speak, waves of awareness. I also hear a person's name ring the universe when they speak it for me, with intention. I love asking folks to speak their Birth Name for me, because I can hear the universal ringings in the speaking of the name. Now that I have worked so diligently with the letters, words and names, they do indeed speak to me in oh so many ways, with enlightful (by which I mean delightful and enlightening) Loving awarenesses.

Words are Will Schive's connection to Spirit, and he loves the prospect of doing service to the world in this and other arenas. "This is new information being revealed upon Mother Earth. To me, the Lexigram is proof positive of the connection of Spirit to physical. We are cared for more than we can easily imagine with our very language. Is my work a service to the world? I can say yes, it is, because I have received so many letters from folks who have changed their thinking and their living because of what they have learned through the Word Arts and the Name Arts. I consider myself to be very blessed indeed to be doing this work."

When asked whether he has experienced transformational changes as a result of becoming interested in working with Lexigrams, Schive's energy fairly leaps off the page. "Smile... grin... my entire beingness is awash in new awarenesses, all around me. The Lexigram of AWARENESS shows us AWARENESS RENEWS AWARENESS, and AWARENESS EARNS SANER ANSWERS, and this is evident in every action I enact, including not acting. These things are difficult to share at times, in that others judge as uncaring or unfeeling the peace and tranquility and Love I can center mysElf in when all about me are losing their heads. I have found my inner peace is unshakeable, my inner knowings certain and fluid to the intuitional knowings. I have found heaven on earth and it is I.

"We are Spirit," he continues, "Anchoring the light of Love upon Mother Earth. This I know to be true. I have also learned that Love is the energy of the universe... Love is the glue of the dark and the light, and Love even allows the space and time for us to create evil, should we choose. However, the Lexigrams have also shown me that AS HE HATES, HE HAS THE HATES. AS HE HATES, THE HATES ATE AT HE. AS SHE HATES, SHE HAS THE HATES. AS SHE HATES, THE HATES EAT AT SHE. I could share transformational changes by the hour with you, Leslie... truly. There is so much to share. JUDGEMENTAL has shown me not to judge, ever. AN ANGEL NAE JUDGE A MA, AN ANGEL NAE JUDGE A MAN. END A JUDGEMENTAL DAMN, END A MAD MENTAL AGENDUM. And, a whole lot more. FORGIVENESS has shown me pages of healings, all from the letters. FORGIVENESS IS EVER FREEING, FORGIVENESS RINSES SINS, ONE FORGIVEN GRINS, SO I GIVE FORGIVENESS, SO I GRIN. NO GRIEF IS IN ONE FORGIVEN, SO, GIVE FORGIVENESS, SO NO GRIEF IS IN ONE. I FORGIVE, SO I RISE. I FORGIVE, SO I ROSE, and again, so much more. I live these awarenesses, I walk these awarenesses, and I talk these awarenesses. The best has to be RESOLVE... SEE LOVE, SERVE LOVE, VERSE LOVE. See, act, and speak from and with Love as your guiding source and all will be well. It works because Love is the energy of the universes. The deep dark waves and the bright light waves of the universes are Love. Love is an energy, it is a vibration which powers all vibrations. And so, too, is Love in the still quiet, and so, too, is Love in the still small voice we all can know and hear. I also no longer regret things as SEER SEE REGRETS GETS RE SEE. SEER REST REGRETS. As I said, I could continue answering this question by the hour."

One of the perks of Schive's work is that he has worked on Word Arts for notable people, both those in Spiritual/Metaphysical community, as well as those who choose other pathways.

"One example is: an angel friend loaned me her beautifully signed copy of Neale Donald Walsch's Conversations with God, Book One. Me being me, I rendered Neale's Name Art and was so moved by it that I sent to him, along with fifty or so of the Word Arts. Neale has graciously given me permission to share his Name Art with the world, and wo do for the first time with this very issue of PlanetLightworker.

"I am also working on finishing my manuscript and then publishing the book. One of the things I can see this work being used for is the naming of things, or the verification of names. I have helped verify names of newborn children with the Lexigram, and this is an art unto itself. The Lexigram revealed to me how to help parents name their children so that they are bringing through the name their child wants to be called. I can help people change their names to reflect the life and living of their dreams, and this is very powerful work. In every case, when I have helped another change their name, their life has changed dramatically. Again, this is an art unto itself - changing a name. One letter can make all the difference in the world as to how a name affects a person. I also use numerology to verify the work of the Lexigram, to verify the names being created or changed. I intend to continue to help others name their companies, businesses, books, albums, products and such, so that the name vibrates out to the universes what the person intends with their doings. I was just at a Spiritual Gathering and shared many of the Lexigrams with the group by speaking the Word Arts. I really have enjoyed that part of this work because the voicings of the Word Arts are different with each group's energy and I learn so many things as I share. You know the saying, if you would learn, go teach? I say, if you would learn, go share."

As is apparent from the foregoing, Will Schive would rather be known as a sharer than as a teacher. Strong feelings about the role of schools in our society have inspired him to do Lexigrams based on the word TEACHER.

"I consider mysElf to be a SHARER. There is a huge difference in those two words. I can share knowledge with others who are willing to listen and learn, I cannot demand others learn what I know, which is what many teachers are doing in our society. Many teachers demand obedience, force-feed information at a rapid rate, then test the person to see if they have absorbed the data."

Schive finds great power in the word TEACHER. He believes passionately that the title of teacher is limited and not beneficial for spiritual growth. He much prefers the designation of sharer. "In the Lexigram of TEACHER is this message: A TEACHER CREATE A CHEATER. A TEACHER CREATE THE ACT, A CHEATER HATE THE ACT. HEAR THE EAR HERE, HEAR THE HEART. A TEACHER CREATE HATE. THE HATE TEAR AT THE HEART. THE HATE TEAR AT THE EARTH. THE HATE TEAR AT THE CHEATER HEART, THE HATE TEAR AT THE TEACHER HEART. HEAR THE EAR HERE. HEAR THE HEART. HEAR THE EARTH. If we have a sharer who is sharing their knowledge, not forcing others to learn subjects they have no interest in, then we have no need for cheaters to cheat on the earth. Naming something or an occupation is powerful. Personally I would call schools, learning centers, and I would call mysElf a sharer, if I were a teacher. . . this is indeed what every good and great teacher wants to do, share their knowledge with those who want to learn.

"This touches upon a very powerful aspect of our society - i.e., our schools. Our current schooling system is based on psychology, and our schools are operated on psychological and psychiatric principles, which have been used primarily to control people, rather than to heal or to enlighten them. A system has been created in which Teachers are unionized to protect themsElves and their benefits and tenure. They are then encouraged to create curriculums which are geared to standardize the thinking processes of the students so as to fit into the wage slave society created to support the corporations. I am not a fan of our schools in any way shape or form. Our schools (HOO, SO LOCOS) are pressure cookers forcing our children to be like everybody else, learn the same things as everyone else, learn at the same rate as everyone else, associating with the same age group while being force-fed false histories and false theories of learning. Actually, most schools do not spend any time sharing with the students how to learn. Our children are not being taught how to use a dictionary! Ask some students you know if their teacher uses a dictionary to explain words the student does not know the meaning of, or if they are taught to use a dictionary themsElves. How can any student learn anything when there are words in the sentences they do not know the meaning of? I dare every person who calls themsElves a teacher to research and publicly define to their charges the meaning of the word, SCHOOL. When they do this, the schools will truly become learning centers and will thrive with joyful learnings for one and all, for the sharers and the hearers alike."

"So, no, I am not a teacher in any way, shape or form. I am a SHARER. This word Lexigrams as: HE HEARS. HE SHARE AS A SHARER. HE HEAR HE, SHE HEAR HE. SHE HEAR HE, SHE HEAR HER. I share the information, others can choose to hear and see this information or not. No one can force another to learn."

One Name Arts project very dear to Schive's heart is his rendering of the Name Art of actor Christoper Reeve. He has made a previous attempt to contact Reeve and gift him with the Lexigram of his name, which is an intensely revealing and spiritually moving work. However, his attempts have not been successful to this point.

"I wish to be able to deliver Christopher's Name Art to him via his wife. I would prefer that he not know about it in advance. His Name Art is three pages of his life and living and, yes, his healings, too. For me, to read the Name Art is to release a torrent of energies as I see and feel Chris reading the Name Art. I personally believe that it is imperative that he is given his Name Art by his wife... and that she set the stage for his reading it... privately, sacredly, and without any prior expectations on his part of what his name reveals. You see, when Chris reads the last page I am certain he will already be crying with free-flowing tears and when he reads the last few lines, oh my god, he will want to be with his BeLoved only, this I know. Or, his BeLoved will know if he should be alone, as he reads. His wife will know how to best present this Name Art to him. And yes, this art contains additions to his healings... by which I mean.... I have an inner knowing that the Name Arts decode DNA. Best way I know to say it."

"I will tell you that the very nerve which runs through his neck, which was not damaged in any way when his fall occurred, is in his name's letters. And no, this nerve name is not revealed in the Name Art. Any doctor can tell you this saved his life, and that it is key to his walking again. Which he will. It says so in his Name Art."

William Schive is a man who lives in the Light, and who walks his talk. While his contribution to our understanding of the power of words is yet to be fully revealed, one only has to study and digest his renderings of the words VIOLENT and VIOLENCE (to name just two of his remarkable renderings) to comprehend the enormous gift this quiet, nature-loving man is offering to our society. Indeed, the world has already become a richer place as a result of his work with the lexigram.
