Add a little spice to your life and let the
colorful aspects of your nature come to the fore. This can be
a time to celebrate, enjoy friends and good times, and to gather
your creative impulses to focus on beautifying, inspiring, and
motivating your world. You have the power to attract that which
you focus on, so as you adopt a playful attitude about life
with a lighthearted approach, those elements should show up
to increase your pleasure factor. If you’ve been involved
in an emotional issue and focus on hurt feelings or disappointment,
that will be mirrored as well, so during November choose to
focus on what you want to see, not what you don’t want
to see. Let the inner child celebrate life without inhibition,
and leave the sarcastic ones behind. Choose a merry band of
companions, and let yourself have fun…for regardless of
the weather, you represent the sun, and a light to others. Be
that and do it!

The foundation upon which you stand is now
exposed. Is it wobbly or strong? Given the results of your review,
you will either determine that you must refurbish or strengthen
an existing structure in your life, or start all over again
from the ground up. This can refer to buildings, but it also
refers to the foundation of your beliefs, the moral ground on
which you stand, and your view of yourself. In certain situations
you will be asked to go beyond your belief of what you can do.
Risk is a factor, and as you expand the horizons of your world
view, you reach out and push beyond what you thought were your
limits. As a result, you transform an aspect of yourself and
your life, wondering why you waited so long. This is a classic
month of death and rebirth. Out of the ashes, the Phoenix arises.
Whether or not this is an actual event, the metaphorical imagery
is of you meeting yourself in the dark recesses and claiming
victory over whatever has held you in bondage.

Oh, the fun you can have, and the adventures
you can take, even if only in your imagination. Many different
impulses and stimulus cause you to want to spread your wings
and fly. A strong adolescent quality is in full swing this month,
so you may do things that seem completely out of character –
and as long as you consider the consequences of all your actions
– that might be a delightful departure from status quo.
In any event, information is coming fast and furious, plans
may be changed due to sudden shifts in agendas, and your requirement
is to be flexible and adaptable while still making sure you
retain focus on what needs to be accomplished. You may prefer
to play, so if you have vacation time, use it. If not, engage
your creative impulses and project your enthusiasm into things
that will last beyond this month’s influence of over-active
imagination.

The warmth of home and family is appealing and
nurturing this month, or you can feel the burden of responsibility
for those who require your help and attention. The focus is on
service and health – the health and well-being of yourself
and those entrusted to you, and the service you give to your community
or employer/ees. You may feel very strongly about certain issues
and want things to be the way you think they should be, and yet,
adaptability is required. The give and take of compromise is important
in order to gain a larger objective. When you get stuck in the
technicality of rightness, you lose the opportunity to project
compassion. When you adopt an attitude of acceptance for each
person’s right to believe as they do, others are drawn to
you, and you become the recipient of great appreciation. When
you are faced with any dilemma under this influence, Love is the
answer.

This is a singular moment in time. In the midst
of a year of change, you are on the receiving end of a karmic
payment, either required from you or given to you. It has to do
with your level of understanding about who you truly are and what
the purpose of your life is about. If you have based an image
on misunderstanding or a self-inflated ego, something will come
to pop the bubble. This is not a bad thing, because it allows
you to return to the core and root out areas of misconception.
On the other hand, if you have done your best to express your
life with honor and commitment to truth, you may be given a major
or minor gift that affirms the direction you have taken. Mixed
in with this is an element of the past meeting the present, and
can also involve relationships that either feel like you have
known the other person forever, or that someone from years ago
returns to your life. Everything now is about getting to the core
and the deeper meaning of who you are and why you are here. Make
the most of it, and appreciate the opportunity. |

This month requires you to manage and direct
your energy in such a way as to create balance and harmony within
your life. If you have been an over-achiever, it is time now to
relax and smell the roses. If you have been an avoider, it is
time now to take yourself in hand and deal with what’s been
left undone. You become the systems analyst of your life –
looking to see where you have allocated time appropriately so
that all aspects of your life are given due attention. Find methods
for stress reduction, including meditation, hydrotherapy, massage,
and music. In November, you can be singled out for a job well
done and receive the recognition from powerful people, or the
position of authority you’ve worked to achieve. On the other
hand, all that you deferred will come up to be dealt with –
so use this month to bring the scales into balance and find the
equilibrium that is just right for you and reflects the life you
want to live. |

November signals graduation or the completion
of a major task. It is a month in which things from the past that
are no longer important for your future may come to end. If you’ve
been working on something throughout the year, this can signal
its conclusion, and can be a euphoric ending or leave you with
a feeling of disappointment. Whatever seemingly goes out of your
life has concluded its function, and even if you don’t understand
the ending, release it with love. You are given this month for
review and assessment. What no longer fits? Clothes, ideas, habits
that you have held on to may no longer work for you. Let them
go. That goes for everything that is out of alignment with focusing
on higher ideals and principles. This month asks you to stand
atop a metaphorical mountain and see the larger view. As you do,
you can project that to others who may be caught in limited vision.
In all things, go to the Source of all good. Giving thanks and
feeling gratitude opens the door for many good things to enter.
Being small and petty does not. Reflecting in the light of Spirit
makes all things clear – so rest in the arms of the Beloved
and bask in the comfort of Its glow. |

Leadership and the willingness to take charge
is important for you now. Open doors to make new connections and
let your views be known. Stand up for things you believe in and
don’t hesitate to forge a new direction with strength of
character and determination. This year has been about balance
and finding harmony in all your endeavors. Now the focus is on
your individuality and sense of identity. What is your level of
Will? The measure of maturity is the ability to align Will with
the Divine, and rather than acting out of impulse or defensiveness,
to project reasoned self-discipline with thoughtful action. This
is the difference between the Knight who rides out to assert self,
and the King who has refined self for the betterment of all. So
in this time you are planting the seeds of future harvest. Question
your motives and plant only that for which you will be proud,
and will endure through time. You will be linked to your decisions,
so take the time to reflect before acting, and then bring your
point of view clearly to the fore. This is a strengthening time
and may require courage – but you are given what you are
ready for, so move steadily forward with confidence in the higher
power that is always a reliable guide. |

This is a momentous time for you. It can be a
month of major awakening, either through a flash of brilliance
and insight, or through a tumultuous event. Higher guidance is
seeking to get through to you now, and in this year that has required
you to see the bigger picture and go to Source for your sustenance,
November either brings fulfillment of a deep desire, or strikes
the chords of illusion to bring you to insight or understanding
about what you need and what others require. Strip away all falsehood.
Any voice that condemns you and others is born of fear, and the
only voice you want to give credibility to is the one that nourishes
and supports your good and the well-being of all concerned. The
light of truth does not discriminate, nor elevate one over another.
It is inclusive rather than exclusive, so use discernment when
you have inner promptings. If you receive a flash of inspiration,
write it down. If you feel a momentary forgetfulness of everything,
let it go. Remember that regardless of appearances, an inner light
is always shining, and all you need do is tune in to receive the
benefit of its glow.

WHAT ARE YOUR GIFTS IN THE YEAR

You are beginning a new cycle that will allow
you to open new doors, make new connections, and define your ideas
and inspiration in a way that may significantly alter your life
view or the way you move forward in the future. Bring steadfast
determination and willingness to be open to new opportunities.
Last year was the completion of a nine year cycle for you, and
during that time, you reviewed what works and what doesn't
work in your life. It's time now to re-invent yourself in
ways that are more appropriate to who and what you have become.
This is a new season - and it requires planting the seeds
for your future. Think things through. Don't act on impulse,
but recognize what potential you have and where you want to make
your mark. Right use of Will is important. The more stubborn and
impatient you are, the more chance there is to embark on a path
that is not optimum, so take your time, listen to advice, and
then pay attention to your own higher guidance for confirmation.
This year is all about a new adventure, and you can write the
script for how you want to see it unfold. |

2008 is all about partnerships and the quality
of your connection to everything in your life. That means your
connection to your thoughts, your body, people in your life, attitudes
about others - and it requires discernment and determination
to choose only that which supports and nourishes you at the deepest
level. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by other people's
wants. This points to your need to create an invisible boundary
surrounding yourself that others do not penetrate. With thoughts,
if you find yourself in a state of depression, it is important
to shift the frequency that you are focusing upon. Surround yourself
with positive guidance, and pay attention to the subtle clues
life presents. Are you eating things that nurture your body, or
are you depleting your reserves through wrong choices? This year
is often about subtlety. Things aren't necessarily in your
face, but call upon you to interpret what is going on beneath
the surface, or sense the undercurrents in interactions with others.
Inner guidance is seeking you, and in this you also need discernment.
The voice you pay attention to needs to be inclusive and loving,
not exclusive and exploitive, so your task is to differentiate
between the voice of the ego, and the voice of Spirit. As you
move through this year gathering the clues, it can be a wonderful
opportunity for impressions that you translate into something
that adds more meaning to your own life and the lives of others.

Create, Create, and Create! Take the gifts that
are innately yours and find outlets that allow you to express
yourself in positive ways. You can inspire, motivate, persuade,
and do all the other things that bring something wonderful to
birth. Emotions are part of this mix, and when you allow yourself
to be victimized by other people's criticism or issues,
you lose the spark that is yours for this year. The idea here
is that you can be loving and supportive, but you are not to take
on the issues that another person has to contend with. This means
parents and children. Recognize how you can be most helpful where
it is called for without compromising the spark of magic and possibility
that is touching you this year. It is a wonderful time to get
in touch with your own inner child, be more playful and light
hearted, and to find things that bring you joy. See the world
through eyes that believe anything is possible, and you will draw
to yourself the things that make that reality. Beauty is important,
so surround yourself with things that make you smile, and be the
sunshine that causes others to be glad you are part of their lives.
It really can be a year where the ability to look at the absurdities
of life through a lens of humor transmutes difficulties into possibilities!

2008 is a great time to structure or restructure
things in your life that require more attention. You have the
wherewithal now to focus on what needs to be accomplished, and
your view is practical. It's time to make order out of chaos,
and to strengthen foundations in all areas of living. By keeping
your eye on the prize, and deferring frivolity in the moment,
you will come to the conclusion of the year with a strong sense
of pride and accomplishment. Otherwise, you may find yourself
trying to sidestep what needs to be done and having to take care
of bigger issues later. Be methodical, follow a blueprint, and
be willing to take risks needed to move you into a larger arena.
By believing more in what you have to offer, you can make headway
that overcomes inertia or feelings of not being good enough. You
are enough, and your efforts can bring the achievement you seek.
Fear is based on not knowing outcomes, but when you push a little
harder and do not give up in the face of obstacles, you will make
breakthroughs that allow for the transformation of your life and
others. |

Full speed ahead! However, watch for curves in
the road, and be discerning about where you are going and with
whom. There may be those who are full of promises and talk a good
story, but be aware that you may come up against someone this
year whose intentions are less than honorable. Insist on seeing
references, pay attention to track records, and be wary if you
are flattered into overlooking warning signs or signing something
without fully reading what you are agreeing to. This year is about
exploring options and expanding your vision and territory. It
is also about communication, information, and travel. There are
many choices, and opportunities to take multiple paths. Just make
sure you are realistic about how long things take, and choose
things that bring results to fruition, because if you just allow
the year to be a wild ride, you will become critical and appear
flaky - and that's not the intent of this otherwise
grand opportunity to widen horizons. Beyond the warnings, open
your arms and embrace possibility. This can be life changing!

The more gratitude you can find in your heart
this year, the more you will have to be grateful for. 2008 provides
an unusual mixture of duty and joy. The key is your attitude.
As you see all obligations as blessings, they become so. As you
feel resentful and unappreciated, you will draw more of that to
yourself. The focus is either on the letter of the law or the
spirit of the law. Are you getting back exactly what you put out,
or are others not giving you the respect you think you are due?
Truth is, you will receive exactly what you perceive, so if you
adopt an attitude of giving and doing because your heart is full
of gladness that you can do for others, you will be overwhelmed
by gratitude... even if it's only your own. Your opportunities
to express love are endless. Some of what appears unlovable is
most in need of love. So, recognize your gifts, give because you
can, and realize that your efforts become an agent for healing
and wellbeing of many. What an opportunity! |

You can achieve new levels of understanding this
year about yourself, your special areas of interest, and your
spiritual life. It's a wonderful time to put attention on
things that bring greater perspective and knowledge. Look beyond
the surface and find the clues that will tie loose ends together.
This can be a year of deep connections, with someone coming into
your life who is very special, or someone from the past returning
to complete unfinished business. All connections take on greater
meaning, and require that you determine what has value in your
life and what is merely superficial. In the seventh year, the
opportunity to deepen your spiritual understanding is marked,
so be sure that you do those things that bring you closer to the
inner wellspring of truth. In addition, take care of health concerns.
Listen to your body, and do those things that nourish and honor
yourself. Time spent in solitude is restorative, and there is
great healing through connection to nature in her many forms.
Appreciate quiet and beauty, and do those things that replenish
your soul. You will be glad you did! |

You may feel that you are "on call"
this year. You are in a sense. Life is a system of energy, and
you are asked to stand in the center of your life and bring things
into flowing balance and harmony. Where are you off in one area
of focus at the expense of everything else in your life, and where
have you forgotten to take time to smell the flowers, or to manage
and coordinate things in such a way that you are on top of what
needs doing? Life is not asking for perfection, but it is requiring
that you take a practical, no-nonsense approach to what is needed,
and then take the steps to bring things into balance. Too much
stress? Make time for massage, listen to music, sit in a hot tub.
The idea throughout the year is that you may be called upon to
be responsible... to direct and manage things. But you are
also asked to orchestrate your life in such a way that it becomes
a symphony rather than cacophony. This is a grand opportunity,
and you are up to the challenge. The rewards can be great, but
before they come, action steps are required. So, roll up your
sleeves, embrace the opportunity, and grab the baton. Conduct
away, and feel the empowerment that comes as a result!

This is a major point of completion, calling
upon you to determine what is important for the future, and what
is no longer necessary. This year offers opportunities to revisit
the past nine years and to see where you have grown beyond certain
ideas, people, and situations that no longer reflect who you have
become. You might say this year is about graduation. You are finishing
a major cycle, and the more you assess and digest, the more room
you make for new opportunities in 2009. Throughout 2008, you will
have the chance to see yourself from a larger perspective. Make
a point of taking the high ground in all situations, and be honest
with yourself about your role in what is happening. Where have
you outgrown the way you do things? Where are you clutching things
from the past that are no longer relevant? What needs to be purged?
As you reach out to Source for your supply, you feel grateful
and appreciative for what is. Everything becomes an opportunity
to grow. When you forget, and rely only on yourself, things may
feel stuck. You aren't alone, and by recognizing your need
for Divine assistance and ASKING for it, you will be given the
tools to make wise choices and release limitations from your life.
This is a big year. The implications go way beyond just now, so
make the most of it and let go of everything that is in the way
of you achieving your full potential.
