However, if you allow yourself to be sold a bill of goods, you can only look to your own motivation as the culprit. So…enjoy, explore, expand…and be discerning!

2 - Traditions, service, and well-being are accentuated this month. Look at areas where more is being asked of you, and determine if you feel enough is coming back in return. You want to know that your efforts are meaningful and well received, and you are the only one who can make that determination. Resentment can enter when you feel unappreciated. The key to the month is observing how your attitude affects others and most of all, how your belief system affects you. Love begets love. Martyrdom leads to carrying a cross and potential health issues. You may not be able to change all the circumstances of life, but you have the capacity to change your reaction to them. Everything this year is based on the quality of your choices. Choose to end suffering. Choose to celebrate life!

3 - An air of destiny surrounds you. Where you have based your sense of self on truth, life plays a hand in bringing about some dreams come true. Where you have forged ahead with a misconceived idea of who you are, it's time to strip away the facade. Significant people, opportunities, or events may develop to shape your future. Take time to be still, to listen to the depths of your own inner wisdom, and to experience the healing power of nature. Many things are in the works. It's just a matter of time. Forge a stronger connection to the spiritual side of your life now so that when the subtle signals of potential success appear, you don't miss them!

4 - The word intense may best describe how you are now feeling. There is much that requires management, direction, and your organizational skills. It's no use putting things off. Better to take the proactive stance of dealing with what comes to the best of your present ability. We are not talking about perfection, we are talking about a dance of equilibrium. As you harmonize your efforts, you will feel an exquisite sense of balance. As you see your life as a system of energy, you become the conductor who integrates the ebb and flow, knowing when to take action and when to pause to smell the flowers!

7 - Out of the cave, into the sunlight! The focus in April is on the quality of the connections you make. What is the caliber of your thoughts? Do they support and uplift you or drain and deplete you? What about the food you eat…does it nurture and renew you, or are you starving or stuffing yourself? And finally, what is the caliber of the people you spend time with? Are they mutually supportive and uplifting, or are you the nuclear dumping ground? There is an opportunity for an awakening this month. It's important to listen to the voice of divine guidance, and to recognize that the light of God travels on waves of connection, unity, and healing…not on judgment or division. Choose faith as your ally and you will have brilliant flashes of insight. When you remember your true nature, there is nothing to fear.

8 - April is a time of festivities and laughter, joy and delight. It's time to lighten up and do things that allow you to exhibit greater creativity and self-expression. There is an opportunity to take center stage, and it's important to take advantage of things offered because they aren't always available. You have the power of attraction and can be very persuasive and motivational. You can draw seemingly magical situations to you and experience an increase in your popularity. As you allow yourself to express humor and unleash your imagination, wonderful things are birthed. When you repress and inhibit your gifts, everyone suffers. Shine your light and choose to be with merry bands of friends who encourage and appreciate you. Leave the critical ones behind!
