| Water
- the elixir of the Gods and a natural product of earth is perhaps our
most important substance. Earth is known as the "water planet." Photographs
of earth taken from space capture images of a beautiful, blue-hued, living
planet whose surface is approximately ninety- percent water. But what
do we really know about this precious resource? The state of water is always changing yet it always stays the same. If this sounds contradictory consider the fact that water is matter. Matter exists in one of three states: liquid, solid, or gas. Water is the only substance naturally found in all three states. Water is necessary for survival. The human body is composed of approximately two-thirds water. Water is present in every tissue and cellular structure as it transports nutrients throughout the body. Water assists the body in the swift transport and elimination of toxins and waste products from the body. The human body eliminates two to three quarts of water a day in our urine, breath, and sweat. It is important that your body replenish its water balance to prevent dehydration. When a person becomes dehydrated valuable stores of electrolytes and essential minerals are lost. The lack of water produces bodily sensations such as dizziness, fatigue, headache, weakness, dry mouth, flushed skin, and increased body temperature. Human beings cannot survive for more than three days without water. A recent study at the University of Georgia found that all diseased cells were surrounded by what is termed "unstructured water." Unstructured water is water that is missing one electron from its outer orbit. The healthy cells of the body were likewise surrounded by structured water that has all its electrons in place. In different periods throughout history people became very ill when germs that inhabit drinking water invaded their drinking water. One group of germs called protists is neither plant nor animal but is alive. Protists live in water and wet soil and are so small that they cannot be seen with the human eye. Another group of germs invisible to the human eye is bacteria that are even smaller than protists. Bacteria live in soil, air and water. Bacterial colonies can reside literally anywhere from within pipes and machinery to inside the human body. Bacteria have a high survival rate, and they infiltrate and reorganize in groupings within their host in large communities of various shaped structures such as pillars and mound formations. These bacterial colonies send out signals communicating with one another as they form an intractable wall of formerly unorganized cells amassing strength in their banded state. These bacterium can be harmful to people. Chlorine has been the chemical mainstay used to kill germs and to treat water. Chlorination kills bacterial cells and has tremendously enhanced the safety of the world's drinking water. However some experts believe that since our continually chlorinated drinking water not only kills protists and bacteria, it has a negative effect within our bodies by destroying beneficial cells. President Eisenhower's personal physician, Dr. Paul Dudley White, observed his first case of arteriosclerosis in 1920. Although heart disease is now the number one killer in the United States, in the 1920s it was a rare. Arteriosclerosis is characterized by hardening of the arteries by the accumulation of blockage-producing fatty substances that harden and reside within the inner walls of blood vessels. The ensuing blockages make it difficult for the heart to pump effectively. Over time doctors and scientists can measure the effects of chemicals and contaminants on the human body following an introduction and adaptation phase. Chlorine was first introduced into England's water supplies in the year 1880, and Dr. White theorized that it took approximately forty years before the effects of chlorine in drinking water evidenced itself detrimentally within human beings. In 1969, Dr. Joseph Price noticed an uncommonly high level of arteriosclerosis among young soldiers in Vietnam. In combat very high concentrations of chlorine were added and maintained in the drinking water to prevent gastrointestinal problems and diarrhea among the soldiers. However the high predisposition to arteriosclerosis evidenced by extremely high cholesterol levels among these servicemen was found in young men, primarily 18-24 years old, despite the fact that arteriosclerosis was thought to be an old age related disease. After careful review of the servicemen's diets, Dr. Price theorized that it was the water and the daily addition of chlorine to it that had created the unusually high rates of arteriosclerosis and the heretofore unheard of build-up of arterial plaque in young men. Dr. Price published his findings in a 1969 book, Coronary/Cholesterol/Chlorine. To further illustrate his findings Dr. Price conducted a controlled experiment using chickens divided into groups. One group of chickens was given chlorinated water and the other group was not. He concluded that high levels of cholesterol were caused by chlorinated water. Subsequent studies by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) substantiate Dr. Price's conclusion. Water has had a difficult time lately. Farming chemicals and factory wastes mix with rainwater and are carried into the rivers. Chemical residues from factory chimneys combine with water and form acid rain. Family yard work almost always involves applications of chemicals and pesticides used to kill insects and weeds. These compounds mix with rainwater and eventually seep into rivers. Cracked gas and septic tanks leak into the soil, rivers, and local streams. Rainwater falling on toxic dumpsites results in toxins spreading within the soil. Current earth changes imply a very real concern about running out of water. In Beijing, China, the ground water levels have dropped to such an alarming rate, that one-third of the city's wells have gone dry. Water is a valuable natural resource, and efforts must be made to conserve and protect our water from contaminants that can affect our life cycle and the water cycle. Water is present in every cell. It plays a vital role in every biological process in the human body. Water carries away toxins, transports nutrients, and escorts waste products from the body. Water is essential for youthful skin, strong muscles, and daily fluid intake. Dehydration occurs when the body does not replenish the fluids lost through perspiration and bodily processes. A balanced fluid intake should always be maintained to ensure the body has essential minerals like sodium and potassium, and valuable electrolytes. An increase in body temperature creates thirst, fatigue, dizziness, headaches, and dry skin. Many dehydrated people assume that their symptoms have nothing to do with dehydration. People need six to eight glasses of water a day. This does not include tea, coffee, or other beverages that actually create further depletion of water from the body. One of the newer and uncommon claims concerning water suggests that water molecules can communicate with each other and can exchange information without being in physical contact. The theory is that water has a memory. This hypothesis is being studied in France by the renowned biologist, Dr. Jacques Benveniste. On March 10, 1999, Dr. Benveniste lectured to scientists at Cambridge University's Cavendish Physics Laboratory. He entitled his discourse as "Electromagnetically Activated Water and the Puzzle of the Biological Signal." Dr. Benveniste named his study The Memory of Water, and he announced the latest research from his Digital Biology Laboratory in Paris. He stated, "…the activity of highly dilute agonists was abolished by an oscillating magnetic field, which had no comparable effect on the molecules. Several hundred experiments have confirmed our ability to transfer to water, using an amplifier, the specific molecular effects of more than thirty physiological and pharmacological substances. In more recent experiments, we digitally recorded specific biological activities on a computer. When replayed to water, plasma, target organs, cells or to antigen/antibody reactions, the recorded signal induced an effect characteristic of the original substance. These results strongly suggested the electromagnetic nature of molecular signaling, heretofore unknown. This signal is memorized and then carried by water that enables in vivo transmission of the molecular specific information. This indicates the direct evidence for the critical role of water in the transmission of the molecular signal at usual concentration, as well as high dilution." These findings boosted the practices of homeopaths heretofore criticized for using highly diluted medicines. Benveniste suggested that specific effects of biologically active molecules could be recorded and digitized using a computer sound card. He inferred that simply playing back the recordings from source activating molecules could trigger biological systems far away. Benveniste reasoned that vigorously shaking water solutions of an antibody could evoke a biological response even when that antibody was diluted out of existence. Non-agitated solutions produced no effect. Benveniste said that the results of these experiments produced "ghostly antibodies." The reasoning is that the affect of the dilution and subsequent agitation caused the transmission of biological information via molecular organization in water. This is what Benveniste has termed "the memory of water effect." Benveniste's theory is that all molecules are constantly vibrating and emitting infrared radiation. These infrared vibrations are a vital part of the identification of molecules. Benveniste claims that molecules produce lower frequencies; however, these beats are within human audible range and are specific for each different molecule. Thus molecules radiate in the infrared region and broadcast frequencies in the same range as the human voice. This is the signal that Benveniste records. He further feels that if molecules can broadcast, then they should be able to receive. The specific broadcast of one species will be picked up by another tuned by its molecular structure to receive it. This is what Benveniste refers to as the "memory of the broadcast." Benveniste explains that all biological reactions occur within water. Water molecules completely surround every other molecule placed among them. A single protein molecule will attract at least twenty thousand water molecules. Benveniste believes that these water molecules relay and amplify the biological signal from the original molecule. Benveniste says that water can memorize molecular signals that have been dissolved and diluted out of existence. He further claims that molecules do not have do be there, only their imprint on the solution in which they are dissolved. He adds that it is the agitation of these solutions that make the memory. At Benveniste's Digital Biological laboratory in Clamart, France, these molecular recordings and their effects have been recorded. The effect is measured on a biological system such as a piece of living tissue. The recording is replayed and the biological system that is sensitive to it will react. In one of Benveniste's more non-traditional experiments he claimed that the biological signals from molecules of heparin (a blood clotting medication) literally slowed down coagulation of blood when transmitted over the Internet from a lab in Europe to another in the United States. Dr. Benveniste's studies can be found in more detail at his website, www.digibio.com. Benveniste's studies suggest that life energy is present in all living things, and its transfer is accomplished by water. All of water's forms contain a combination of both the atmospheric energy of the sun and the geospheric energy of the earth. The imbalance of life energies causes disease. Water is the primary substance that harmoniously blends and resonates within human organisms to assist and accomplish tasks required to filter, cleanse, and hydrate the body. To summarize thus far we have we have presented the necessity of water to the human body to regulate, balance, and maintain life processes. We have discussed the various forms and types of contamination of our water sources. We have identified the relationship between chlorinated water that prevents disease by killing germs and its surprising link to arteriosclerosis. We have reported the findings of Dr. Joseph Price and his discovery relating to the physiological effects of chlorine on the human body. We have briefly introduced the revolutionary and extraordinary findings of famed French biologist, Dr. Jacques Benveniste, who explored the memory of water and concluded that water has a memory that maintains its ability to transmit molecular memory and affect informational exchange without being in direct physical contact. Now we will explore the different types of water and their individual properties. Unstructured water is missing one electron from its outer orbit and structured water has no missing electrons. The water that we drink from the tap is pushed through highly pressurized pipes. The outer electrons are removed when the water is forced to move in concentric rings. A study at the University of Georgia found that in every human body all diseased cells were surrounded by unstructured water. Every healthy cell was surrounded by structured water. When this finding was announced, efforts began to search for a way to structure water. Water is big business in the United States. Ionized or clustered water has one extra electron. Clustered water is found in all organically grown fruits and vegetables and is found in all animal or human babies. In the process of aging clustered water becomes bound to proteins. Most clustered water is sold through multi-level marketing. Proponents of clustered water claim vast improvement in cellular and biological functions within the body. The types of commonly purchased waters are: 1. Mineral water comes from an underground source and contains dissolved minerals such as potassium and magnesium. 2. Purified water is distilled or de-mineralized water. All of its minerals are removed by distillation. 3. Spring water comes from underground sites where water flows naturally to the surface. 4. Sterilized water is the cleanest water available and is used to make infant formulas. People with compromised immune systems also commonly purchase it. Cellcore International (www.cellcoreusa.com) is a company that has a myriad of information about water including the clustered water formulation of Dr. Lee Lorenzen. Dr. Lorenzen is a scientist who makes clustered water for sale by Cellcore. Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Nobel Prize winning biochemist maintains, "Since the molecular structure of water is the essence of all life, the man who can control that structure and cellular systems will change the world." Testimonials from consumers who have purchased Dr. Lorenzen's clustered water tout its miraculous restorative powers, its capacity to fully hydrate the cells, and its increase of all biological activities. It is claimed that structured water assists in healing, minimizes scarring, and assists in the healing process of painful rheumatoid arthritis by reducing pain and stiffness. Clustered water assists in the correction of blurred vision, aids restful sleep, increases fluid removal from the body, and sustains proper elimination. The inventors maintain that toxins that have built up within the body over years can be efficiently eliminated. Clustered water can be frozen and has a two-year shelf life if the bottle remains unopened. In closing, it appears justifiable to conclude that the most plentiful and elemental liquid in the world is still one of the most complex. Water is a natural requirement of the body that should not be withheld. The restorative and regenerative properties of water cannot be underestimated. Whatever type of water you choose it is important that you partake. If water is the stuff that life is made of, I urge you to get your fill. Your life and the quality thereof depend on it. |
