There are many paths to Oneness. Many paths to Source. Many ways of connecting with the God/Dess within. There are as many pathways as there are thought. Each unique and beautiful and expressive. Each with gifts for the beholder. The following is offered as a way, a path, and a light for YOU to feel this Power within.
Center now, like the / between the God and the Dess of things. Feel your breath flowing in the center of you, like a hollow tube. Breathe forcefully, evenly, deeply. Take several moments to develop a natural rhythm of deep breathing.
Imagine this space in the center of you like a straw. A hollow tube for the holy spirit. Breathe into this center of your Self. This is where I Am resides. Like the center of a tree drinking from the sap, your entire BE-ing is filled with the power of the Breath I Am.
In the Center of You is the stillness. A piece of the Absolute All That Isness of Everything. This is the sacred space and place where God/Dess resides. How does it feel? Subtle and gentle? Quiet and forceful? Startling and powerful?
Your breath naturally flows into this space and place. This is the place of Power. Not a forceful or demanding Power, but an Absolute Power that needs not be anything but IS. This is YOUR Power.
This space and place runs from above the top of your head all the way down your spine, and into the Beloved Mother Earth. You have never been without this Power. This God and Goddess energy. Some call it the yin and yang, the left and right, the here and there. But always, and in all ways, this Source has been within you. A famous person often said, "Heaven is within you." Indeed.
Continue breathing as you place your hands together, touching palms together. You may interlock your fingers if you wish. This is another way of connecting the All That Isness of you. Have you ever wondered why folks pray with their hands together? It connects the God and Goddess within. It is a supplication to the Mother/Father God within and without.
You have two eyes, two ears, two breasts, two arms. You are in balance with God/Dess. You are able to take a formless idea (Goddess) and manifest it into physicality (God). You are able to soothe, direct, manage, create, and function within a physical biology.
It is YOU that brings the essence of Heaven here on Earth. It is YOUR conscious awareness of God/Dess within that anchors Heaven on Earth. And it is many of us connecting and consciously directing this Divine Energy that amplifies it and makes it easier for our friends, family, and coworkers upon this Earth to BE Heaven on Earth.
As you go about your day, think about this connection to Source within. As you do the dishes, drive the car, pay the bills, interact with coworkers, meet strangers in the stores and businesses, talk on the telephone. Everything you touch is handled by God/Dess. Even when you were not aware of this Power, it has been there.
Now that your heart is opening to the Power of Your Heart, the Higher Self, you will touch others with more Beauty, Grace, Love, and Honor. When You begin to consciously touch and interact with Others from this centered place of God/Dess, You Honor the God/Dess within them.
They may not be aware of it, but Your Light WILL affect them. It will touch the deepest parts of them. Their Higher Self will direct it to their Highest Good without you having to do a thing. After a while it just will seem to be too difficult to be anything but Kindness.
Now that YOU see this God/Dess within, You will see the God/Dess within Others. You will begin to see Others as their Higher Self. Judgment will begin to fall away as You witness their struggles and joys, and understand they are simply in the process of dis-solving this riddle for themselves.
There are just as many names for this divinity You are feeling that I term God/Dess. Place your cupped hands together again. Breathe into Your Heart, and feel this Grace flow within the blood, igniting every particle and cell and ion of your biology with Grace. You may be tangibly feeling this energy as goose bumps, or heat, or energy. It is quite real.
Let Your Voice speak from this place of I Am God/Dess. Let Your eyes glow with Divine Love upon all You see. As it becomes easier to stay centered in this space, You will become too busy to be anything but more of that. You naturally become more consciously focused on connecting to this God/Dess within in all that You do.
Let the essence of Gratitude fill Your cupped hands now. Let this essence of Divine Love weave itself into everything You touch. And don't be alarmed when you begin to see a greater Light when you look in the mirror. (smile).
