A few notes about Painting the Colors before we begin. Allow
several minutes for this play session, and make sure to linger wherever
necessary. Drinking some water before you begin will help to facilitate
the energy and bring grounding and balance.
The purpose of this exercise is to connect you through the Veils.
To show you how those on the Other Side view you. This exercise also
connects you with your Higher Self. You will see you and You in small
case and upper case. Upper case indicates the Higher Self. Get ready
to have some fun, for this session will connect your wee inner child
self with your Higher Self, as well as Others of like Mind!
It's a sunny wet day in Paradise. Our Higher Selves are already
here at play. Our bodies ARE the pots of gold at the end of the rainbow.
Our golden forms know it, even when our hue-man forms do knot. We
are each a living rainbow. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple.
These Colors reside within energy vortexes within our physical bodies.
The Paints are already within us!
Outside of the spectrum of the body, are the White and the Black.
The Black indeed does contain all Colors. Are we not standing within
the Universe? Is not the Universe Black? So then, the Colors reside
both within and without us. But for this exercise, we will explore
using the Paints within. Are you ready? (giggle)

Center and breathe. Re-member, breath is what empowers your propellers,
er um fins. Breathe deeply, letting yourself be filled like a balloon.
Expand and contract, blowing this air out through open lips. Breathe
Light into this balloon of Self as you center.
You are standing at the shores of the Pool of Oneness. All Your
Friends are here LOL.
See your reflection in the Pool. Your giggling, wiggling self. As
you see yourself giggling, the ripples begin to shimmer making movements
in the waters.
As you watch your reflection, a circle of Light appears above your
head. The Sun has come out to play and you are seeing it's reflection
in the Pool!
You watch this circle of Light as it moves towards the reflection
of your head, and lightly stops on top of your crown. The warmth is
soothing, and the Light brings softness to Your Being.
This circle of Light is just like your own Light within. As this
circle of Light rests on top of your crown, the top of your head begins
to turn Golden. Your Higher Self recognizes this Light and has begun
to glow. You see Your Reflection in the Pool. The top of Your head
is Golden and White.
As you are watching Your Reflection, say out loud "I Love You."
Say it several times in a giggling wiggling sort of way. Beautiful
Blue bubbles from Your Lips and paints the sky in the Reflection.
Ripples of delight lap against your toes.
The vibration of Love is now connecting to you, and your heart opens
into Your Heart. The Reflection in the Pool reveals a deep mossy emerald
green essence circulating in a swirl. It is the Color of Gratitude.
Take several deep breaths, breathing into the Heart area. Take a
few gentle moments to reflect on Gratitude as you Paint the reflection
of this at-moss-sphere.
The Light at the top of the crown responds to the feeling tone of
Gratitude, and a beam enters the Reflection, and you see and feel
this Light take a natural and effortless pathway to your Heart. Your
Reflection takes on a glow.
Yellow bursts upon the Reflection I Am, and rays of Light burst
from you like a Sunbeam. Gooses bump and bobble through the Pool,
and Your Reflection sparkles with pinpoints of Light. Breathe.
Divine Love is now pulsing through the Reflection in the Pool, and
an exquisite Emerald Green surrounds the Pool in soft mosses. The
moss caresses the rocks upon the banks, spreading helplessly with
every beat of Your Heart. The ripples in the Pool match the pulse
of Your Heart. Your Love is now anchored here.
Your energy opens, like roots of Light slipping deeper into the
Earth as though you had become a Tree of Light. This is a grounding
sensation. It can feel quite pleasant as your Heartbeat carries these
pulses of Divine Light from your Heart to your toes.
You are feeling Self-Love, and as this Ecstatic Love energy flows
into the Earth, the Reflection mirrors Reds and Oranges. You are the
Painter. Is the Sun setting or rising in your Paradise? And maybe
there is more than one Sun? Take a few moments to Paint the Sun in
this at-moss-sphere.
At first it seems that Red and Orange will dominate this palette
and Self-Portrait. But your Voice says out loud again, "I Love You."
Blue enters the Reflection, and mixed with the Red now Purple pulses
from your forehead, and violets burst upon the surface of the Pool
like sacred petals. Just breathe.
Every time you say, "I Love You" out loud, another creation manifests
upon the Pool. Light amplifies the Love within. Breathe deeply, and
watch Your Reflection. You drink in more Light and change the brightness
or the dimness of this at-moss-sphere simply by breathing.
This vibration of Love has brought others to the Pool. Those of
flesh, fin, fur, feather and fern. Many play in the tones of merriment,
for sure and for certain. They have all come to Paint the Colors.
Rainbows splash upon the Pool, and they ignite Joy and Humor within
You. Joy bursts outward in many sparkles. What is the Color of Your
Joy?
You take a minute to view Your Light Body. It looks as though you
are wearing a coat of many Colors with Light radiating all about.
Breathe.
You return your focus on the reflection in the Pool. Some places
seem to glow with a Pink color. Pink is the color of Unconditional
Love. Pink simply happens when that feeling tone is played.
Hmmm, by now you may have waded into the waters and joined the others
in the Pool, flipping about and bobbing along with the rest of us.
You have merged with the essence of Your Higher Self. Bob along, bob
along. Lavender is the color of magic, don't you know.
Laughter Paints the at-moss-sphere as though there were a food fight
of colors. The hue-man's have gotten restless and out of control.
Just then a hand or fin reaches out to yours. The touch creates a
spark of Light. All over the Pool a twinkling is going on as hands
touch and connect.
Some are holding Hands though the Veils, bridging Heaven on Earth
for a moment in Time. Here in the Pool of Oneness there is no separation.
If You Desire to hold the Hand of Heaven, via an angel or someone
you know, simply ask it so now. You will know Them by the Higher Love
vibration in the Pool..
Breathe in Divine Love. Breathe deeply of this river and let it
flow through You. Let all thoughts, doubts, worries, cares of any
kinds wash away. What ideas are really important and need taking care
of will come back later. Right now let the current of Love flow through
you.
As if by magic, two cups appear. One Silver, One Gold. They have
appeared because of the Love You allowed to open unto you. You pick
up each in your hands, and you toast them and clink them together,
and the chime ripples and rings with Love throughout Your Body. It
is an exquisite sound.
You have found the Holy Grails within. Silence is Golden, and Silver
is the sound of Children Laughing. And toast is what is partaken of
when Higher Selves and inner golden children play. Take a drink.
All around the Pool is the sound of clinking Grails. Colors simply
spill from everybuddy into the Pool. Your hands become brushes, and
you begin to Paint the Colors. Others Laugh, and you find you can
feel their Humor rippling in your own biology.
Speaking of biology, your body now appears differently. You see
it in symbols, tones, and colors. You may be a different form than
your hue-man form. Are there places that need a touch of Light, or
want some healing Paint? Take a drink from the Grail and see how your
biology is affected.
Place Your Hands on any areas of the biology seeking healing and
balance, and allow this current of Divine Love to flow through, eliminating
any ideas of dis-ease. Place patches of glowing moss upon those areas
desiring deeper cleansing. Many Healing Hands are here at your command.
The vibration in the Pool is now quite Divine. You have the sense
of Oneness with Your Higher Self. You have come to the destination
that this Word Weaver intended. Are there folks wishing to speak with
You? Friends desiring to play? Linger in this Pool of Creation as
long as desired.
You can come back often and Paint the Colors whenever thought deems
it so. When you are ready, breathe your attention back to the end
of your nose, and the sensation of your skin, and the physical world
around you. Feel the sensations of Higher Love rippling through Your
Being. Feel your giggling wiggling self ready for another adventure.
See the many colors you have painted in the world around you. All
you have to do is breathe.
