How innocently we come to bless everything in our at-moss-spheres.
Through Gratitude we begin to learn of the power we truly have within
us.
Breathe into your Heart. Breathe slowly and deeply, and focus on
that which you Love. Breathe deeply of Love, letting it fill you.
As you focus on Love, you feel the energy of Love within you. This
energy of Love doesn't stop at the end of your skin. The energy of
Love is an ocean that surrounds us permanently. Love has no time.
No forward or backward. It simply ripples in ALL Time.
Focus on Love as your hands touch your keyboard. This Love goes
to the store clerks that handled it, the freight personnel that shipped
it, the manufacturer that made it. Consciously send Love to all these
people that handled this keyboard NOW.
When you type on your keyboard, Love will affect those that read
your words, and their computers. Where is your computer made? The
plastic came from deep within the Beloved Mother. Many hands created
it from all over the world. Take a moment to place your hands upon
your monitor and send a pulse of Love and Gratitude to all who created
it.
Breathe in Love. Breathe in Light. Let yourself be filled as though
you were a Tree of Light. The chair you sit upon is so blessed with
this Love and Light. The fabric that was woven by innocent hands.
The tree that created the wood. The oil within the Earth that made
the plastic. The metals that created the screws.
As you sit there glowing in your Love and Light, send a conscious
pulse of Love to all these people that created this chair, and all
the parts of the Earth that it came from.
The clothes you wear upon your body bless many people. Lets focus
first on your shoes. Are they made in this country? Suppose you are
wearing leather sandals made in China. As you let this Love and Light
flow through your BE-ing, you bless the factory workers that made
the shoes, the animals that gave their skin, the shipping clerks and
freight personnel, the gas attendants that fueled the trucks and planes,
the store that you bought it in, the person that stocked them. Now
and ever on.
Where were the fibers of your clothes woven? What part of the Earth
did the plastic from your buttons come from? Are they made in USA,
China, India, Indonesia? As your Love blesses the many hands that
created your garment, that Love will affect their families, too. Consciously
send a pulse of Love to all the people that created the garments you
are wearing.
Are you wearing jewelry or other adornments? What is it made of
and where does it come from? Is there metal in the fillings of your
teeth? Send Love and Light to the parts of the Earth these metals
came from.
Take a moment to place your hands together and clasp them. Feel
the Power of this Love and Light flowing through you. Feel how it
is amplified because of the Love you send out in your many blessings.
Loving your Self touches so many.
Think about the food that you eat. Is it grown locally? It is packaged?
As you take your next meal, take a moment to place your hands upon
the food and bless the source of it, and all that prepared it. Touch
the containers with Love so that all who handled and shipped and stocked
it are blessed. Bless each molecule so that when you ingest it, the
food will be enhanced with Love and Light, as will you.
What is your home made of? Wood? Metal? Plastic? Dry wall? Brick?
Stone? Many materials, I am sure. Place your feet on the floor as
you send Love through your home, letting it ripple outward like ripples
in a pond.
Bless the glass and mirrors and the glaziers that made and installed
it, and the factory workers that created the glass and mirror from
the sands of the Earth. Tell them "thank you."
Bless the wood and the many trees that grew from the air and water
and soil of the Earth. Bless the carpenters and many hands that touched
and handled and formed it into your home.
Bless the metal and the plastic and rock from whence it came within
the Earth. Bless the many hands who have touched your home so innocently.
If you have an automobile, or bicycle, or ride the bus, think about
the many hands that created that vehicle. Weaving parts from all over
the world to create it. Next time you ride in that vehicle, send a
conscious pulse of Love and Gratitude to the source of each part.
When next you meet and greet another person, think about all the
connections that one person has all over the world. Think about how
your Love can affect so many, bless millions, by simply loving another.
A shared smile or laugh, a hug, a kind word.
