A JOURNEY WITH YOUR CRYST-AL MIRROR
Take several deep and even breaths, centering yourself. Breathe light into your heart, and send it down your body like roots of electrical light. Allow this light to ground into the Earth. Allow your heart beat to propel these roots of light into the core of the Earth. Breathe strongly into your heart, releasing any tensions on the out breath into the Earth. The Mother will dis-solve your tensions and discords effortlessly. You are standing in a forest. Imagine a solar light above you. As you imagine this light, a forest path appears. The pathway is lined with crystals that seem to amplify the solar light. You begin to walk, feeling great excitement. You pass someone holding a pottery vase and chanting. You nod in recognition to each other, and then you walk on. Your steps are springy and light, and you wonder if you are walking or floating. Every rock, tree, and plant welcome you with great joy. You pass a beautiful pool, but you know you are not stopping here today. You nod and wave at the BE-ing of Light standing within the Pool, and you walk on. You suddenly feel like you are walking in a circle, ever curving upward. The forest floor has disappeared and the stars have become your steps. You walk on. Breathe. Center yourself by breathing in light through your heart as you continue walking these starry steps. They curve as if you are climbing a sacred spiral. The path stops abruptly, and yet the spiral is still spinning. In the center of this sacred spiral stands a large crystal tower, taller than you. You stand before it as if gazing in a mirror. A Cryst-Al BE-ing emerges from this crystal. This Being is your Mirror. You take hold of their hands, and now the spiraling energy surrounds you both. A flash of electric blue sparks the air. You are gazing into the eyes of Purest Love. "These spiral rings represent aspects of you. Some are on this time line. Some are on other times lines," the BE-ing says to you. You see many spiraling lines of light circling above and below you. You look at each ring spinning and swirling in sync with the others, and see a different part of you, somewhere in time. There are male and female, adult and child images of yourself. Each adds to the life force of this spiraling energy. From this vantage point, you can communicate with each aspect telepathically. Some aspects of yourself, like you, are also aware of the totality of Self. They are easily recognizable because they are consciously aware of your communication at this NOW time. The Wind swirls and surrounds and contains you and the Cryst-Al BE-ing. Your heart beats in unison with your BE-ing of Love. "We are many, we are One," the BE-ing says. As you stand here in this column of energy, you begin to understand the vastness of Self. "But how will I re-member all of this?" you ask the BE-ing. The BE-ing touches your heart, revealing a piece of the Cryst-Al within you. It looks like a small version of the large crystal tower you first saw. "A piece is always with you. The entirety of All You Are is always available within your Heart." The BE-ing smiles, and you melt with complete Love. For a moment, you feel as if YOU are the Cryst-Al BE-ing looking at you, holding your hands. "We are ONE," you say, or was it the Mirror that spoke? "What do I do with this knowledge?" you ask. "You already know," you smile. All of Creation Everywhere Imagined encircles your Oneness. You re-member dancing together as swirling leaves on a frosty Fall afternoon. You are the ocean holding up a painted canvas for the sun to crawl upon. You are the hands of God holding the Universe within a small vase. Tears run down your face, and become a waterfall cascading down a mountainside, somewhere in Paradise. "Never forget the power of your thought," your Mirror says. You have only to imagine yourself somewhere, and suddenly there you are. As you stand as One with your Cryst-Al Being, their form changes and only a large crystal bigger than you appears. You walk into it as if you walked through glass. The power of your own Heart Cryst-al within you amplifies and tones. Ask your Cryst-Al Self to tone the note that most closely matches the highest available Love for you. Feel it resonate with the crystal tower. Focus on your heartbeat as you feel it pulsing vibrantly. You open your eyes and see that the Crystal tower has opened itself, and you are somehow now back in the forest. Ground and center, letting your heartbeat echo into the Mother Earth. In the future, you may find yourself now grounding differently. You may be more comfortable grounding into the cryst-als of the Earth, as if your energy sweeps into them like passing through glass. It is a grounding with your Cryst-Al Heart, and a connection with the Ascended Mother Earth. Take time to place your hands upon this Earth often. Welcome home, and thank you for sharing.
