This is a co-creation exercise that will improve each
time you do it. It allows a comfortable way to go within your emotional
self and make internal modifications that will change your outside
world as well.
Take several breaths, centering yourself.
If you were to envision yourself as a pottery vase, what would
you look like? If you shaped yourself from clay into a vase, what
shape would you be? Tall and big; short and round? Whatever size
comes to mind is appropriate, for this is your sacred vessel.
As you envision this pottery, make sure that it has a sturdy
base so that it will not tip or rock. You will soon imagine yourself
within this vessel, so a strong base is important.
Imagine holding this vessel in your lap. Allow your hands to
rub along the outside, feeling the texture and tone. Hold it as
if it is a small child.
Is the texture of the vase polished and smooth? Rough? Are there
designs and markings on it? Is it painted? Do you hear tones as
you touch it?
Hold this vessel with one hand and rub all around the outside
with the other. Does this vessel feel new or old?
As you rub the vessel, notice how you feel. Does it make you
feel peaceful, angry, loving, insecure, soothed? Take a moment
to hold it close and lovingly embrace it.
Hold it up to your nose and smell the Earthiness of it. Feel
the coolness against your cheek.
Rub your hands along the inside of this vessel. Is it smooth
or rough? Do you feel rings where the forms of the clay coils
can still be felt?
Now, placing the vessel back in your lap, take a deep breath….and
on the out breath allow yourself to gently go inside this vessel.
Gently breathing until you are within. Breathing up the walls
around you, feeling totally comfortable and safe within this vessel.
You sit in the center, a great light above you. You know the
hands of Creator are holding you, and so you feel safe and secure.
It will not tip or fall or break. You feel the floor of the vessel
with your hands.
Notice the walls of your temple curving up above you. Smell
the fragrance of Earth and clay. There is something vaguely holy
about this place.
There is a small fire pit, and two rocks beside it. Spark the
rocks together until a flame of Light ignites within the pit.
It is a harmless Light from your soul Heart that will not damage
the vessel.
Watch as shadows begin to dance upon the walls of your temple.
They take on the shapes of animals, and your own shadow dances
with them.
With delight you get up and begin to look around. You touch
the walls, feeling with your fingertips the traces and lines and
textures where Creator has formed this vessel. It has been shaped
with great care and love and tenderness.
There are markings on the walls. Ancient symbols of the Mother
Earth. You have only to touch them and you instantly know their
meaning.
As you continue to look about you, how does it feel within this
temple? Are there areas that feel uncomfortable and need more
love? Are there rough spots that want your touch to polish and
soothe? What areas make you feel more playful?
Notice that the more areas you touch, the Light from the fire
begins to glow brighter.
It is familiar and comfortable within your vessel. You think
about the Mother Earth and your love for Her as you touch the
clay, and Love flows into the vessel, and back into you.
You stand in the center of everywhere Love, and you feel quite
child-like in relation to the Mother. You and the Mother are ONE
here.
Look again now with new eyes at this vessel. Are there any areas
requiring another loving touch? Any places that draw your attention?
Are there any markings you wish to make upon the walls? It is
okay to color on the walls here. Notice how effortless it is to
create using your child-like joy and wonder.
Returning to sit by the Heart Light, you find yourself smiling.
You sit within this creation made from your own hands. You are
the potter and the clay. Anything you ever wanted to know about
yourself is in these walls.
Now think about something you are presently co-creating and
manifesting in your life. A lump of clay appears at your side.
Give this idea a shape and form and hold it up to the Heart Light.
What happens to this idea in relation to the Light? Ask the
Heart Light how to give your creation more substance and form.
Do any colors or tones come to mind?
Ask the Heart Light what steps need to be taken; what resistance
needs to be worked through.
Are there people who will assist you in co-creating this? Allow
your Heart Light to show you.
Is there anything within this sacred vessel that can give you
more information about your co-creation?
Imagine what it would feel like if your creation were already
manifested. Do you feel more alive, joyous, satisfied? What can
you do today to bring those feelings into your life now?
Take a moment to send gratitude to your Heart Light. See the
flame rise in response. Feel the joy of Mother Earth's energy
surrounding you in the walls. Is there something you would like
to ask Her at this time?
Know that you can return to this sacred Vessel of Self any time,
and hold any idea up to your Heart Light.
Now as you sit firmly held in the hands of Creator, linger as
long as you like or return to the I Am Presence, as you desire.
Thank you for sharing.
