NEW DIMENSIONS OF LEADERSHIP
Let's look at the new dimensions of leadership that coincide with the new dimensions of power we looked at last month:

• Closed Leadership - Closed leadership comes from the leader being closed to themselves, to others, to new ideas, to potential and to Life. It's all about what they want and doesn't necessarily take the bigger or greater picture into account. A closed leader is locked into self simply by the nature of their reduced energetic capacity in a closed energy system. Closed hearts, minds, spirits and souls, these leaders are generally unable to see beyond their noses and don't often take the future into account. Here is where 'power over' initiates, because it's the only way they can see how to get others to do things for them. Here, they are locked completely into form - the physical self - and it's usually all they can see, sense and feel.
• Open Leadership - Open leaders are receptive and open to new ideas and possibilities. They consider things and are considerate. They listen more attentively and have re-oriented themselves from a pure self-centre to being there for others. They have 'open door' policies and tend to be more open-hearted and open-minded. These leaders are generally better liked and respected because they're available to others for something greater than themselves. Here is where 'soft power' initiates as the elements of caring, compassion, listening, connection and co-operation begin. From a dimensional perspective, these leaders have opened up more of themselves, but they generally are still operating in what we can call 3D leadership. It's simply a better version of what leadership has always been.
• Vibrant Leadership - Vibrant leaders are charismatic, inventive, inspiring, empowering and very creative. By the very nature of their vibrancy, they are connected to new dimensions of creativity and presence. Their vibrancy tends to source from their strong connection with Life. They live FOR Life and Life gifts back the energy of passion and creation that guides them in all that they do. The source of this energy is limitless... although that's not to say that these leaders might not run out of energy - of course they might. They still, as yet, have their physical limits to explore and explode into new possibilities. But generally, compared to anyone who is either closed or simply open, vibrant leaders have incredible energy and are able to carry on long past when a closed or open leader would have to say stop. Vibrant leaders are sourced by a new Life source energy that comes from deep within. They are in touch with a depth of themselves, others and situations that comes from a much richer approach to Life. They do not just see what is. They continuously search beyond what is to discover the rich potential of what can be and create it into reality. They add the dimension of CREATION to their leadership.
• Evolutionary Leadership - Vibrant leadership and evolutionary leadership are where new visionaries reside. Evolutionary leaders don't just seek for higher, greater and deeper potential to bring it real. They look way beyond time, beyond form and beyond space to see what's truly possible to be created now for a spectacular creation of the future. Evolutionary leaders aren't bound by anything that is. They don't just invent better ways of doing what already exists. They invent whole new worlds, new languages, new beingness, new everything. They see hugely BIG and they see between the spaces of time, space and form to invent everything ANEW. Evolutionary leaders aren't old kinds of visionaries who dreamed up new worlds and said "this is how things might be in a few hundred years." Evolutionary leaders are new visionaries who birth their creations in the now to bring the hundred year possibilities alive in this moment today. Evolutionary leaders give no credence to time, space or form. Nothing limits them, and I do mean nothing. They're ALLchemists extraordinaire. Need money? They know they can alter the whole of their relationship to finance and abundance with a single breath. Need more time? They don't live within time limits or constraints. Yes of course they have the same 24 hours as others do, but their abilities to live beyond time allows them to accomplish 10 times what others might in the same amount of hours. Why? Because they are alchemising time to align with their creations that are for the greater good of ALL and so time and everything else comes in line with their creations, making it so brilliantly easy to achieve.

The thing that is so different with this last element of new visionary leadership and power is CONSCIOUSNESS. Evolutionary leaders, new visionaries, know that working in, as and with consciousness will weave incredible movement into the mix of their creations. Consciousness is the playground of true creation and it's here that the new visionaries, ALLchemists extraordinaire, come to invent Life anew.

Consciousness IS beyond time, space and form. In consciousness, all things are possible. You can move through time at will. You can leap vast distances in a mile-second. You can transmute yourself into anything you can dream. Now there have been people playing in consciousness for aeons. So what's different about new visionaries and their current playground of consciousness? New visionaries have brought consciousness to them, rather than go 'way out there', away from the Earth, away from physicality, to discover the ancient wisdoms, etc. that could lead us to salvation. New visionaries live in the NOW moment with the fervour of Creation, redesigning the past, present and future, building new worlds and inventing new playgrounds of possibilities for us to live in today. They do all this with their eyes open, their feet on the ground and great smiles on their faces. In the past decade, we have consciously brought consciousness alive, hence the term living consciousness that now applies to an omni-dimensional reality in which new visionaries reside and create.

Evolutionary leaders are able to bring their creations into the NOW and bring them alive because they dance in living consciousness and it's here that we discover the true playground of new visionaries.

New Dimensions of VISION
We've seen how power and leadership are affected by evolving dimensionality, now how about vision? Is vision changing and dancing in this new paradigm of creational living? It is!

• Personal Vision / Goals - Personal vision is about you and what you want for you and yours. It's hardly ever visionary and is focused on self. In third dimensional reality, there are many people who live without vision of any form in their lives and if they have it at all, it's more likely called a goal - a single thing to strive for next as an improvement to what is currently available to that person in his/her experience of Life. Here for example, a person might say "I have a goal to improve my education, so I'm going back to school to learn more." The goal is likely to be a more well-rounded individual with a better job and more income.
• Singular Vision - As people begin to open up, they get more in touch with their desire to make a difference, to do something with their own gifts and abilities. They reach out to do something for others, instead of always for themselves. Here vision comes to people, but generally in a singular format. In other words, they perceive that they can only take on one big vision at a time, so they say, for example, "I stand for improving the current education system." Now, most would say that's a pretty big vision. But actually, if you look at it in a fuller way, it's about trying to change what is, which is never easy, and it only touches one aspect of life, in this case education.
• Visionary - A visionary sees beyond what is and mixes in the dimension of Creation. So instead of designing their visions to change what is, they look into what's possible and they invent brand new ways of doing things, which brings an ease and grace to the whole process. So in our example, a visionary might say "We're evolving our intelligence and therefore I stand for the evolution of education to take into account brand new ways of learning and growth." This visionary looks beyond the current education system and begins to see how we might reinvent it all. Perhaps book learning is well past and connecting to the living intelligence all around us can become a new foundation for learning.
• Living Vision - New visionaries work in and as living vision. They cannot settle onto a singular vision. They see potential everywhere exploding into new possibilities and they cannot slow themselves down enough to work on one single vision. In fact, if they do this, they literally miss the boat on all kinds of opportunities. So using our example, a new visionary working with and as living vision might say "I am the consciousness of living and learning. I bring the living vision of our evolving intelligence and beingness to everything I touch... new business, education, politics, global connection, technology, science, quantum physics, etc." As a result, their achievements far exceed those who are trying to be more focused, more singular in their endeavours. New visionaries dive into the wondrous dance of conscious, creational living and they know that as they bring the vibrant energy of new Life source and the ALLchemical touch to all that they do, that everything and everyone is evolved simply by the very nature of them being it and living it into reality.

New visionaries never ask anything of others that they don't already dream and live for themselves. They literally do LIVE their visions alive all of the time. It's an essential part of their being. It's who they are and it allows them to design inventive lives with incredible capacity to vision beyond the beyond.

If you refer back to the original chart on old, middle and new paradigm leadership, power and vision, you will see that our look into dimensionality has offered us a fourth option. This fourth option is still in what we're calling the new paradigm for now, but with consciousness, we have added an omni-dimensional aspect to the mix. Hence vibrant power becomes ALLchemical power, vibrant leadership becomes evolutionary leadership and "visionary'ism" becomes living vision. It's the evolution of power, leadership and vision, leading into ever evolving new possibilities for us all.

So, if you want to become a new visionary, here are some great steps towards that end:

1. Open up.
2. Look at the world every day with fresh new eyes and see what's possible today that might not have been yesterday.
3. Connect with creation and bring it alive in you.
4. Connect with the new Life source energy. Go on, give it a try. You won't know what it's like until you've tried it on. Just intend it and see what happens energetically for you.
5. Consider that you are not who you always thought you were. Be willing to surrender and let go of any preconceived notions about yourself, your abilities and your capacity to create the NEW.
6. Let passion and vision flood you. Take the energy of them into every cell and be willing to live as and for all that you can be and all that we can be.
7. Live beyond self, discovering the wondrous playgrounds of collective co-creation. Throw away your concepts of ego and of individuality. 'Beyond self' living provides an incredible access to living uniquely as ALL with a lot more energy and creational power.
8. Free think. Discover that there is no truth about anything. There's only what you and we are willing to perceive as possible.
9. Question everything that is. There's always a better way if you're willing to be open to it and call the energy of it present and alive.
10. See beyond the moment. Look into the future of where this next choice / creation will lead you and us. Is this the best we can do now for the evolution of ALL / everything? If you simply ask the question, you'll discover new insights and offerings that weren't available to you before.
11. Discover the wonderful world of living consciousness and the brilliant ALLchemy of living as and for ALL. As I've said before, this isn't selfless, it's beyond self and here is where the true power of Life really resides.
12. Be willing to take on BIG visions and be unafraid to live that in every way. You'll discover that every word out of your mouth, every sentence that your fingers type and everything that you do will bring Life more fully alive.
13. Be willing to invent yourself anew each and every day. Discover an evolving YOU right alongside of an evolving US.
14. Dance in the new collective energies and discover the ease and vitality of the evolution of our being.
