Calming, ethereal and haunting soundscapes take you away on a blissful healing journey in Reiki Chants. It features harp, tambura, koto, violin, bells, gentle keyboards and male and female choral voices that have Enya like qualities to my ear s.

What is unique and magical about this disc is that the different chants and arrangements are each encoded with the energy of the Reiki symbols.

What a great disc for healing, meditation or just re-charging the mind, body and soul.

Truly this is my favorite release from Jonathan Goldman - a real must-have!

When I first played these songs I thought they were being sung in Hawaiian. To my surprise they are sung in Alawashka the "original language and vibrational source of creation" channeled by Lumari.

I read that the language "Alawashka is an inspiration and source for anyone who wishes to restore their conscious wholeness and re-align with the forgotten sound of the creative core of the Universe."

The songs themselves are free flowing like a mountain stream and the words that are sung have a haunting familiarity to them - like I have heard this language before but not sure where. Overall Emerge Dancing is a beautiful release from Lumari.

The disc that ANNASTATSEA sent me contains songs from her future release, Citadel A Sacred Palace, and a few older songs from her previous work.

ANNASTATSEA's music holds a futuristic space element for me but it also holds something ancient as well.

Only one other artist I can think of to slightly compare ANNASTATSEA to would be Laurie Anderson.

ANNASTATSEA has great soundscapes with a hypnotic ethereal trance like quality to them!

This CD makes me feel like I have entered into another dimension. It really has a mysterious quality to it that I have not heard before.

On the back of the CD it reads, "And the Siren did call Pan into the abyss and they played in the eternal garden of bliss, a lure a charm for all to behold, so this ancient story is told."

Keep your eyes open for the release of Citadel A Sacred Palace from ANNASTATSEA - it will be worth the wait!
