M E D I T A T I O N S E A T

THERE'S A SWEET birdsong in my thoughts of making love to you,
and there's the voice of a friend in every friend I meet,
in every hand that waves goodbye.
The sun is inside, in the same manner that the earth is outside.
I extend my arms because this vastness overwhelms me.
This immense opening in the silence between breaths tells me this is simply so.
Simply so.
This is it, right this moment; these are the times of our lives.

I was captivated by the colour in the water coming from the setting sun.
I imagined it emanating from the flower and traveling downstream.
I hadn't seen the fly until I looked at the photo afterward.
...Am in the midst of so much change. (Lovely change,
yet anxiety tries to overcome me, convincing me that
I will fail, that I'm
not good enough, but I hold my ground!)
Spring is certainly blooming as much 'out there' as 'in here'.
I think the Earth behaves
a certain way for a reason!
This year I want to tag along in unison with her cycle.

This is much too personal to even try using words.
Rest within "this breath" to know why.
I feel a space inside, a "tugging" or "pulling" is how I'd describe it.
When I stop trying to name it, everything I do feels like it comes from there.
I wish I could crack open like an egg and let love cook me up. I want to learn
to crack the wall around my heart and burst open, holding nothing back.

There's Bob Dylan in my ears, standing there banging his heart against
my eardrums. And I find it fitting to call them drums, because sound seems
like the pathway from life to my body's heart, - from my heart to yours.
I feel like a poem being written.
Who's writing?
I choose to feel love, to share it as best I can.
Come on over, have tea with me, let's share a gaze, a handshake, and friendship.
And cry out beautiful neighbor, cry out all your joy because it'll be gone in a heartbeat.
Ahhh Spring and life in full explosion.
I look forward to your arrival.
To my arrival into you.

I blow a kiss,
