A little bit about my work...

I'm a self-taught artist from a small town in Washington State. I work in both digital and traditional paint mediums. I create my digital paintings by first starting with a pen and paper sketch. I then paint by using painting tools on my computer. I use these painting tools in much the same way as I use a traditional paintbrush.

My artwork is not computer generated, it is painted by me.

I find that digital and traditional mediums each have their own drawbacks and advantages. I don't find one to be better, or easier than the other. In my traditional paintings I mainly use acrylic paint, though I enjoy experimenting with a variety of things.

Every piece I create has meaning behind it, which is a very important part of artwork to me. It's a wonderful way to express feeling, and that's what I enjoy most about it. I draw my inspiration from life experiences and my spiritual growth. I find artistic expression to be very therapeutic and freeing. I love what I do, it's my passion.
