WELCOME BACK EVERYONE! My name is Barry Goldstein and I will be your vibrational guide in this re-occurring column and I am so happy to share "Sound Advice" that can assist you in empowering your self and creating energetic balance in your life!

Each month we will give our readers tools to move through existing blocks by using sound, vibration and music. In this segment we focus on how we can use sound and vibration to relieve stress, move back into rhythm and clear negative energy and empower ourselves.

Harmonizing and Synergizing In Our Lives
In music, or as I call it the "The Universal Language of Love", we very often use harmonies to enhance a singular note or musical phrase. Harmonies usually manifest as a complimentary note to a pre-existing note but can vary. The intention is to create a new phrase that is even more beautiful than each of the singular notes. This is the true definition of synergy! How can we bring this musical concept into our every day lives? When we create with others, if we ask our self what thought or idea will harmonize with the other persons; we open the doorway for powerful collaborations. At the same time we do not have to give up our own uniqueness or individuality, on the contrary, this enhances the process! The outcomes become magnificence synergies! This applies outside of musical and artistic collaborations and can be utilized in many aspects of our lives. We can harmonize and synergize in creating beauty in our relationships, careers and in our world! In doing this we are able to create a new flow and rhythm in our lives and respect the beauty in all!

Envision

Jodi Serota
Jodi Serota is a contemporary artist and vibrational healer born and raised in the New York City area.
