Following an exceptional response to our excerpt from The Wanderer's Handbook,
by Carla Rueckert, we invited Carla to address some questions on behalf of PLW's readers
to the principle known as Q'uo. The Q'uo principle is comprised of three societal groups or
"social memory complexes" - Hatonn, of the love density or plane of vibration, Latui of the
wisdom vibration and Ra of the Unity vibration. Latui does the actual speaking through Carla.

Q'uo's Response
to May's Question

IN MAY'S POLL, the question that received the most PLW votes was:

"I notice solar flares; rather, the geomagnetic storms that follow them. I will be interrupted by a tingling sensation of the nerve endings over a large part of my body. Mentally, I will often notice a type of rift in consciousness where a moment in time seems to expand dramatically, stretching five minutes into three or four hours. It feels tangible. Is there any way to combat the problems - fatigue, mental stimulation and sleeplessness - associated with this? It disrupts my life immensely"

WE ARE THOSE of the principle known to you as Q'uo. Greetings in the love and the light of the one infinite Creator, in whose service we have come to you. Thank you for the beauty of your vibrations and for calling us to your circle of seeking. It is a privilege to be so called and a pleasure to share our humble opinions with you.

However, as always, in order to allow us to feel free to share our opinions, we ask that you guard your perceptions. Do not accept our words, or anyone's, as truth. Rather, look for the resonance that attracts you to certain thoughts and not others. Work with those thoughts for their resonance. We greatly appreciate your doing this, for it allows us to feel comfortable in speaking our thoughts freely. We would not wish to trample upon your free will or take over your process of spiritual evolution.

You ask us this day concerning the solar flares and the geomagnetic storms that follow such flares and how you can deal most skillfully with the effects that such things have on the sensitive individual.

Naturally, these effects are planet-wide and can be assumed to have an effect on each and every person in the tribe of humankind. However there are dramatic differences between people in terms of how they perceive and structure those perceptions. Consequently, not all people experience the acute symptomology connected with these flares such as the Questioner has described.

Being one who is sensitive to them, you have asked us how to deal with these experiences and distractions. So, we would talk about energy and how that works. All entities that are self conscious beings - which is all of the tribe of humankind - have energy systems that have integrity. Within that integrity the mind, body and spirit of the individual are knitted together as three plaits of a rope, making a very strong, very sturdy and yet a very sensitive instrument through which to view the experiences of incarnation and to use those experiences to glean a harvest of joy, sorrow, suffering and service.

This energy is uniquely yours and no one else's. Only you, out of all of the bits of the Creator in the universe, have your signal, your strength, your power and your web of perceptions. You are so special!

Each and every being upon the planet is just as special; just as unique and just as necessary a part of the intricate weaving together of the creation. The planet herself has an energy which is in the midst of, shall we say, a tremendous ending and beginning. The energies of third density, as this instrument was saying before, are so heavily interpenetrated now with fourth-density energy that the vibrations of love are having powerful, unseen effects on all entities in their inner energy systems - what this instrument would call the chakra system.

Dealing with Truth
Because of the fact that fourth density contains truth without reserve, the effect upon third-density entities is a marked increase in their receiving into conscious awareness of material with which they do not wish to deal. This energy of truth sometimes does not feel like unconditional love. Indeed, in third density, unconditional love cannot be seen to contain truth. Rather it contains the creative structure of that yearning for truth. This yearning is very helpful to those entities who wish to cooperate with the interpenetrating energies of fourth density.

When you know why you are being faced with that about yourself with which you particularly did not wish to deal, then it becomes easier to accept the fact that it is time to deal with that issue and simply get on with doing that.

How to do that is certainly up to you. We do not have advice for you on the technique of coming to terms with what is in your picture right now. We only say to you that the way of energy is to attract to the self that which is needed for spiritual growth. You have entered and have been experiencing for some time a profoundly effective growth environment. This time of dusk and dawn on planet Earth is a tremendous growth environment where the soil is just right; the seeds in your heart are planted and everything is laid on for growth.

However, in growth there is always surrender: surrender of those things that no longer serve you; surrender to change and new information. What we would encourage in each is the awareness that it is possible to cooperate even with seemingly harsh energies. Understanding the nature of the metaphysical components of the solar flares is helpful in being better able to deal with the effect of them upon the people of Earth.

The core of the solar flares is not connected intimately with you as a person or the tribe of humankind as a group. It has more to do with the turn of the clock from planetary third density to planetary fourth density. The time of the Density of Choice is coming to an end on planetary Earth. The time of the Density of Love and Understanding is upon you.

The Aggression Connection
There have been difficulties within planet Earth caused metaphysically by the tremendous amount of heat offered at the harvest by the unhappy and restless spirits of those who have lived upon the planet. The planetary tendency towards repetitive cycles of aggressions - of energies consciously, purposely directed towards controlling others - has created an environment within the inner planes on planet Earth which has a more of a direct connection with the situation.

The imbalance is expressing from the Earth and Sun themselves, as well as from the galaxy as a whole, down through the Sun's sphere and into the Earth. There is a feedback that is bleeding or venting energies in such as way that the planet and the solar system remain more nearly balanced in power.

The necessary concomitant effect, however, is certainly difficult, not only for the planet but also for its population. Cooperation with what the energies bring up is very helpful to you in skillfully dealing with these effects. If there is sleeplessness, allow this sleeplessness; turn it into an occasion for prayer or meditation. Do not attempt to move it into a normal schedule... rather, accept that there are peak days which come up for you, because of your awareness, as immediate insights of the changes that are taking place on the planet and in the entire sun system of which planet Earth is a part.

Indeed some of these energies that are creating solar flares are galaxy-wide and even further than that, coming from the central sun, which is helping to balance the system in this part of creation. As one's awareness is taken to a new level, it is helpful to normalize these energies by expressing them creatively.

Embracing the Rift
We believe that we may, without infringing upon your free will, share with you the perception that we have, that this rift in the moment of which you speak is very helpful and useful. You are being pulled by this blend of energies that is coming into your system very close to the gateway of intelligent infinity. It is almost the same kind of energy that you would experience in a psychic UFO encounter where you have the perception of losing time.

Using words in this instrument's awareness of how things are, we cannot give you an accurate representation of the full dimensions of the situation. But we can say to you that working with this is a helpful part of the learnings that you created for yourself when you came to planet Earth.

You are not one who must do anything with these perceptions of energy. Rather, your mission here, as one who is much more aware than most of what is going on with the planet, is to enter in, as a minister of love, to what may seem a terribly impersonal energy. These energies are simply not human, The essences involved are extremely loving and are looking with care, wisdom and compassion at the entire system of this local part of the infinite creation and creating that balance from moment to moment from your Sun.

Your part of it is to embrace that which seems to be such a dramatically difficult fate and to accept those times when you are aware that your true heart needs to be found. Let that sleepless time be a time of rest and focusing so that you may act as one who is capable of transmuting that one great original Thought which is pouring through your being. Let yourself be the lighthouse which shows the way serenely as waves are crashing on to shore, so that others who are concerned may catch some of that love and become steady amidst all the energy.

Seeking Assistance
We would also encourage you and all who feel in any way concerned with this occurrence to ask for help. We cannot emphasize enough that because of the nature of metaphysical seeking, it is necessary to ask. Positively oriented guidance will not insist upon getting your attention. Rather, it awaits the asking. Remember to ask.

Remember to ask not only when there is a need but rather create for yourself a very stable daily time of asking when you can depend upon having a few moments of silence in which the Creator may speak. Your guidance is hoping for you to create this time.

When you have a sense of that rift, know that, because of the work you have done and the spiritual maturity you have gained, your higher chakras are functioning effectively and you have the capacity at those times to do great work in consciousness, not only for yourself, but for your planet.

It is a simple act to dedicate that which is your whole, loving heart to the Creator and to the planet upon which you are. The world is starving for that light to which you are dedicated.

Be light to each other! Be love to each other! The times are inconvenient because they are profound. You came not to enjoy convenience but to serve. It is time to walk with focus.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Carla Lisbeth Rueckert was born on July 16, 1943 in Lake Forest, IL. She grew up in Louisville, KY and graduated from the University of Louisville in 1966, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature. In 1971, this was followed by a Master's degree in Library Arts from Spalding College in 1971. Carla worked as a librarian for a thirteen-grade school until she was hired away by Don Elkins to do paranormal research. They formally created L/L Research in 1970. She has served as a vocal channel since 1974 and was the instrument for The Law Of One series, Books One through Five.
