HAVE YOU EVER dreamed you could fly? Are you convinced we could power the planet without using fossil fuels? If the answer is yes, then you may have lived before in the enlightened Golden Age of Atlantis and be here to bring the energy back.

Many people think that Atlantis - the lost continent beneath the sea - is just a myth but my guide and the angels tell me it existed and many others believe this too.

Historians and philosophers have been fascinated by Atlantis for millennia. In 1973, American scuba-divers claimed to have found evidence of a super-civilisation, which sank beneath the sea thousands of years ago in the exact spot described by the Greek philosopher, Plato. Around 360BC he wrote about Atlantis as a paradise on Earth, stretching across the Atlantic. This summer I talked to locals in the Bahamas who described pyramids under the ocean and I swam over the extraordinary Bimini road.

The Aztecs, Mayans and Incas told explorers who arrived in their countries about the sunken world of Atlan. Their claims were backed up by Russian scientists in the 1970s, who found evidence of ruins destroyed by lava off the coast of South America. According to ancient Cherokee tradition, their ancestors came from the Pleiades to the five islands of Atlantis, where they settled. After the flood the tribe sailed to the Americas, taking their wisdom with them.

Now is the time to tune into the energy of Golden Atlantis. The angels are telling us that opening our minds to it will enhance and empower our spiritual journey.

My Angelic Experience
It's over 20 years since an angel visitation changed my life. In despair over my divorce I cried out for help and an angel appeared. This golden, 6ft tall being of light showed me my future and started me on my life's mission. For many years I worked with Kumeka, my guide, and the angels, writing spiritual books and lecturing. Then the Angels of Atlantis appeared to ask me to write about the golden era, the most spiritually evolved time there has ever been on the planet, when all the people lived at a fifth dimensional frequency. Those enlightened ones enjoyed psychic gifts, including healing, clairvoyance, telepathy and telekinesis. They developed awesome advanced technology based on crystal power and they were deeply contented. The angels told me we can live like that again. My psychic friend, Shaaron Hutton, and I agreed to co-write the book and Discover Atlantis was born, explaining how they lived, their practices and what we can do today to return to that state.

Why, Where, and When Was Atlantis Created?
Originally Atlantis was a continent filling the Atlantic Ocean on which a series of cosmic experiments were undertaken to see whether spirits could live in a physical body, yet still maintain their connection with the divine. It lasted in total for 240,000 years but the energy devolved five times and on these occasions a natural disaster destroyed it. Each time it failed, more of the land mass was submerged and, when the civilisation was set up on the fifth and last occasion, only five islands remained. However, the Golden Age now arose and for 1,500 years the spiritual level of the planet was the highest it has ever been. Much later in 10,000BC Atlantis finally fell and these islands too were flooded. The tips of some of the mountains are Bermuda, the Canary Islands and the Azores.

Why Was Atlantis So Important?
Atlantis was the longest civilization ever, so almost everyone has experienced a life there. There were several experiments taking place on Earth at that time and, to keep Atlantis untainted, an invisible crystal dome was placed over the continent to ensure that nothing and no one could enter or leave, so their advanced spiritual technology was developed in a controlled way. Most important of all, during the Golden Age, the citizens fully maintained their divine connections.

Setting Up the Golden Age
In about 20,000 BC the Intergalactic Council decided to try once more to see if the experiment of Atlantis would succeed. First the land was detoxified. Then they prepared the Temple of Poseidon, perched high on a mountain peak in the Atlas Mountains, from which high frequency energy could be poured down onto the people, to help maintain their vibration. Twelve highly evolved beings were invited to act as High Priests and Priestesses, each with jurisdiction over one of the twelve regions of Atlantis. Their frequency resonated between the fifth and sixth dimension and they dedicated themselves entirely to the highest good of their people.

An invitation was extended throughout the universes for volunteers to incarnate into a physical body on Earth. 84,000 were chosen, 7000 for each region, all vibrating at the upper levels of the fifth dimension. They arrived from a variety of planets. None had ever experienced a body but they were determined to make the most of a physical life, with its opportunity to see, taste, touch, feel and hear.

In the past experiments, the settlers had been provided with all their needs and it had not worked. This time nothing was prepared for them except water, earth, plants and trees, so that in order to survive they would have to co-operate and learn to work together. Anything else was given to them on a need to have or need to know basis only.

For fifteen hundred years the Illumined Ones throughout the Universes watched with awe as these arrivals from all over the universes brought heaven to Earth. They maintained divine simplicity, performed incredible technological feats, developed wondrous powers, lived joyously for the moment and created the highest spiritual time there has ever been on this planet.

The Great Crystal
For the final experiment a brand new Great Crystal made of pure Source energy was housed in the Temple of Poseidon. This was the power generator for the whole continent and it linked to a network of crystal pyramids, forming a power grid, so that people everywhere could access clean, free energy for lighting, heating, refrigeration, transport or anything else, by tuning their individual crystals into the grid. Through it the mighty High Priests and Priestesses controlled the weather and the dome over the continent. It was also an intergalactic gateway and a mainframe computer.

When the people were deemed ready for new technology, the information was downloaded to individual temple crystals, where it was accessed by the Magi and passed to the people to develop. The highly trained priests had enormous mind focus and power. They could hold a complicated picture in their mind with such clarity and concentration that the object would instantly manifest. And they could even pull in minerals and metals from other planets, make themselves invisible, conquer gravity, control their heart rate, temperature and sugar levels and see into the distant future.

Teachings for children and adults were transferred from the Great Crystal to smaller ones in the Temple Schools and then into each individual's own crystal. By holding them to the third eye they could access a personal education program.

Psychic Gifts
In the Golden Days of Atlantis psychic gifts were highly regarded and all latent abilities in children were honoured, valued and developed. Everyone was clairvoyant and because they could all see auras, no one ever told a lie or hid a secret. Everything was open and honest, and this meant that people felt safe. They could see the fairies, angels, unicorns and guides and hear what they said without any crackle on the spiritual telephone line. They were able to send clear moving pictures from mind to mind, so if a child wanted to send its mother a picture of a dolphin she was swimming with, she would transfer it like a video film to her mother's third eye. All were telepathic over long distances, and clairaudient. Many developed teleportation, mind control, telekinesis and levitation; and buildings were created in this way.

The way they maintained their high level of psychic attunement and spiritual connection is very simple and available to us all now. They interacted with and loved nature, relaxed and filled their lives with simple fun, creativity, laughter and contemplation. They lived totally in the joyful present and there were no past or future tenses or negative words.

Healing
At first individuals would regularly visit the temples for a health check and the priests would balance and realign their mental, emotional and spiritual bodies using sound and crystals. So there was no illness. As the civilization continued people experienced accidents and relationship problems, so they needed help. When someone died without resolving all their issues they returned with karma, which reflected in their bodies and often needed more advanced healing.

The early Atlanteans were excellent herbalists, aromatherapists and hypnotherapists and the healer priests were skilled spiritual and crystal healers, who used crystal laser wands to perform psychic surgery. Temples of sound were circular and created to a specific height and width - the height being half the longest measurement, so that the pitch within was perfect. Here, sound was used for healing, to knit bones, regenerate limbs, detoxify, and to help maintain a high-frequency. People also went there to align their chakras. All the healing methods they used then have been returned to us and we need to develop them. However, we now often need medical intervention as we have more entrenched karma to deal with.

The Role of Women in Atlantis
Men and women were considered equal but different. They knew they had incarnated to experience complementary roles. So the female role was to stay at home and look after the house and children, and they were honoured for their skills, artistic talents and creativity. For example, they undertook the nurturing role of cooking in order to learn about and express their feminine energy and this was highly valued. They did have certain powers, which made life easier. For instance, a housewife could click her fingers and levitate a utensil into her hand from the other side of the room. And she could teleport upstairs if she forgot something. She could clairvoyantly watch her children playing in a local stream or telepathically send a message to her husband who was out in the fields. Because she could see auras, she knew exactly what was going on for the people in her life.

The only ornaments in the early days were crystals, and the housewife would ask the elemental within them to light up in the evenings, so that they would glow and provide illumination.

Marriage and Children
Marriage was considered a sacred contract, for parenthood was and still is an important spiritual responsibility. No one was allowed to marry unless their spiritual levels were compatible. When they wanted a child, the parents-to-be meditated to connect with the incoming soul before conception and consequently each baby was welcomed and cherished.

Soon after birth a priest would examine the aura of the child for his latent psychic and spiritual gifts, and these would be developed and honoured by the family and the community. From the earliest age everyone was encouraged to do what they had a natural talent for, so all they grew up with a sense of self-worth and integrity.

When they were about three, the children were gathered into groups for education. This took place outside in nature, where they able to express their creativity and learn through song, drama, music, art and play. The aim was to expand their right brain, which keeps the connection to Source open.

At the age of seven, the children were taken to the temples to be taught in classes which were peaceful, light and fun-filled, for the teachers realised that the young ones needed their childhood and must not be made to grow up too quickly. The first qualities to be developed within the children were awareness and respect. The youngsters learnt to watch the energies of plants, animals and people, so they knew if something needed help. Being psychically open, they could see the energies and sense the needs and feelings of all around them. They learnt that all is interlinked and you cannot hurt anything without hurting yourself.

At school, the children's gifts were carefully developed. They were taught self-discipline and elementary mind control. If, for example, a child was hungry and wanted a banana from a plant, he could simply focus on the fruit and it would float to him. Music was used in the temples to assist the children to go into a state of relaxation, so that they were easily able to absorb the information telepathically imparted to them by the priests. While they were in trance the children practised visualisation, so that they could develop powers of manifestation. This disciplined training conferred immense power on the youngsters and helped them to be responsible and grow spiritually.

Reclaiming Your Gifts from Atlantis

1. Find a time and space where you will be undisturbed.
2. If you wish, light a candle.
3. Close your eyes and sit or lie, breathing comfortably until you feel relaxed.
4. Imagine a golden path spreading out in front of you.
5. Steps rise up and you climb these easily whether or not you are physically capable of doing so.
6. A High Priest or Priestess in a deep blue cloak awaits you and greets you warmly.
7. He or she is leading you back through a portal of light to the Temple of Truth.
8. Here you are shown a gift that you possessed in Atlantis.
9. Experience and feel yourself using this.
10. The High Priest or Priestess brings you out of the Temple, back through the portal and into the present.
11. Give thanks.
12. Open your eyes.
