THE TWO SETS OF "R&Rs" will be the more definitive theme for our next coming cycle. There will seemingly be two sets of our Lightworker group pulling off and pairing into teams that are more mutually supportive and in resonance with their current functioning. The first set will be paying more attention on their physical Recovery and personal Reorganization while the second set will be more about Refocusing on the next tier of their spiritual work and/or getting a mission Reassignment to a Leadership position.

Recovery
There is a group of us that have said "yes" to the biological Ascension (and are on the Ascension "timeline") yet will need to go through a deeper rehabilitation of the physical body. This is absolutely necessary in order to hold the rapidly increasing higher frequency of the next cycles. There are more Interdimensional Medical Units being deployed to the human race to be available for this direct purpose of energy template upgrades. Some of this will be administered via a physical facilitator (healer) that will act in the role as a divine director in harmony with many Light forces orchestrating to implement etheric template upgrades in the human forms. As we have mentioned before Etheric Surgery, Blueprint Healing will become the fastest growing Ascension career for the healer archetype.

However, it is suggested to, if at all possible, intend to contact and connect with your own healer guides and in all ways seek to empower yourself. Connect and talk to your Higher Self. Do not give your power to anything outside of yourself and learn to cultivate your higher sensory perception into an improved energetic discernment. This will assist you greatly in reading energy signatures and feeling the congruency or incongruency (a manipulation pattern) of what is being represented externally to you. Learn to rely on the internal perception rather than the external perception of events. Strengthen your mind, where you place your attention and devote it to your personal growth and the fulfillment of your soul. This act alone will guide you.

To share my experience about physical support, I have been recently introduced to a myriad of different levels of technologies to support my body through the recently intense influx of energies. Along with the many supplements and cleanses that I rotate, the ability to listen to my body's guidance and to act on it, even when it seems economically expensive, has made a night and day difference in my physical functioning. If I told most people what I spend monthly on supplements and therapies they would never believe it. My ability to answer the call when my teams guide me to directly purchase something, to lay down, rest or stop to get a therapy done has allowed my body to function much better than it did a few years ago. We must get beyond thinking these therapies are luxuries or indulgences as they directly affect the ability of our physical self to adapt to these new energies. Commit to listening more to your body and allowing new ways of being supported to manifest for you!

Some therapy examples: Infra-red heat, ionization and crystal therapy, Flower essences, Light-Sound Goggles, Whole Body vibration platforms, Extreme Hot/Cold Mineral Baths/Dips, Thai Stretching massage, Life stream (zero point consciousness streams in a controlled space), Quantum therapy with the QXCI, and more. Recently I have discovered the Amethyst Bio-Mat and a Whole Body Vibration device called the Pineapple, as a total vitality rescue! What a life saver!

As an Ascension symptom example, last month I was down a few times with an intense activation and was isolated for recovery. For a few months now I have had intense eyeball and eye lid burning sensation. It happens like clock work right before I am going to bed to sleep or waking up in the morning. It feels like someone has put liquid menthol or "tiger balm" muscle liniment into my eyeball. One Saturday morning with streaming tears and with burning eyeballs, I could barely see to make it upright. It had reached an intensity I never felt before. I heard my healer teams loudly say in my ear, Lay down! They had guided me to cool my huge quartz crystal in the freezer for a few minutes and lay it over my closed eyelid while they worked on my eyes etherically. I could hear them talking about Rods and Cones, and Optical Nerve upgrades as I felt the light twitching of their pulsations on my eye and eye socket. The pain was relieved immediately. They then directed me to wear a Light-Sound therapy Device (a Photosonix Light Machine with goggles that I happen to have around and not used very much), where I surprisingly found a preset program that was to balance the right-left eye frequency with specific patterns of light and sound frequency "hertz". I have not had the burning eyeball phenomena since then, although I admit I still do find some eye sensitivity from time to time. This is one particular example of an organ (etheric) physical upgrade that we may transition through while aware of that fact, or not. Having some participation in our Healing process with our Guides, I feel makes it a heck of a lot easier! If we listen and allow the help to be received we will get all we need!

Reorganization
These latest etheric upgrades are creating new hybridization templates for the human species. As the human form will embody more variations of frequency, genetics, coding that will support the form as it moves into higher reality fields as chosen by the Higher Self-God Self. Simply said this is the divine process of the human species evolution into more refined forms and the pathway to our future. However what this also means is that we will begin to see human beings exhibiting more physical development that would appear to us externally as an Extraterrestrial or Super Intelligence Force. These forms of Super Intelligences have not been previously known to the human species, especially to the masses. More people will develop to look like an upgraded divine human and that may look to us like an "Extraterrestrial" at our current level of consciousness. Some of this may occur from a "walk- in" agreement where the Higher Identities embody quickly to perform a specific task of the Ascension Mission. What actually we are observing is the future evolution of the human species into its 12 strand DNA potentials. We are in a phase of rapid cellular transmutation which indeed is why we require more physical support to stabilize our forms in most cases. A portal opening in mid June impacted the grid system and also contributed to a down pouring of high frequencies which necessitated dropping density from our physical form very fast.

I have been witnessing completely new creational blueprints that began to be harvested from a cycle that began last July 2006 (See The Birthing Project article from last July) Many of us participated in the new creational templates for the human race at that time (remember feeling pregnant or getting pregnant!) and now the more advanced group of Lightworker/Starseed is beginning to physical-ize their new format. This is one facet of why intense recovery and stabilization of the physical self is required now. We are integrating these template forms and new organ upgrades.

To support the Ascension Physics around this understanding, here is a simplified example. When a soul has incarnated into a specific time and space, it brings its own specific blueprint for its life (soul mission objective). Simultaneously, it is also imprinted with all of the frequencies of the current imprints of the collective races, history of the human species and the Earth's unified field at the exact moment of birthing into its form. It is like an exact snapshot of a time capsule of consciousness captured at that exact moment of time and space on the 3rd dimensional timeline of the Earth's Unified Fields. There is only ONE Time capsule of consciousness with that exact configuration incarnated at that exact time and space. We are all one interconnected, yet we are also a very unique energetic pattern of which only one of us exists in that very exact same pattern.

The Soul has chosen its parents, nationality, gene code, demographics and every last detail to accomplish its evolutionary objective. Let us say in the year of 1957 a soul incarnates one of its soul extensions into a form holding blueprint to prepare for its consciousness birth into form manifestation. It merges its blueprint with the Earth's blueprint and the timeline of the exact date, time and year of its birth into the timeline represented for the year of 1957. This soul will then grow into a human body that is "encrypted" with the timelines of the imprints from the moment of its incarnation in 1957. So the etheric template and the tissues of the body will grow in specification to the original blueprint and plans set for the body at birth, this is controlled by a clock shield template that establishes the timeline of the souls' experience. This is what keeps the consciousness and identity locked into the timeline so the soul can experience a linear progression of time. So this soul will have a clock shield template synchronized to the timeline of 1957. During this Ascension cycle this clock template will also be adjusted and the consciousness will experience re-spatialization to be reoriented into a new timeline of a higher frequency dimension. This moving through dimensions is synonymous to skipping into the future timelines. (At this time we are straddling dimensions which means we are straddling timelines and therefore feel very spatially challenged on some days. What time is it?!)

Also it is important to note the rate of degeneration or regeneration of life force in the body will also depend on the choices made by the being between its higher self and its ability to experience free will. If the personality chooses to make Higher Self choices as planned by the Soul, it will have more life force available, experience more joy and feel more expanded. If it lives out of harmony with its blueprint or soul nature, through its free will choices, it will experience more pain, constriction and therefore sickness.

Depending on the soul's life choices, the energy templates will need upgrades, reconnections and alignments to assist the form to merge with the higher identity stations existing in the higher dimensional fields. Sometimes new nadial plexus are installed which provide the etheric wiring to connect to these new fields and they are reconnected or repaired. (These are the blueprints of our Central Nervous System which is busily conducting all these new frequencies available.) Sometimes the etheric template will need to be upgraded to the 5D timeline to allow the physical body to transcend its 3D incarnational blueprint limitations. Many of us have inherited genetic distortions that create imbalance and will need to be cleared from the body. The possibilities are endless and individual, yet are still cohesive when viewed in a larger pattern that I see for the entire human species.

As a soul incarnated into the year of 1957, it was born with a 3D etheric template that governed its physical manifestation of form in order for it to function well in its 1957 timeline of 3 Dimensions of consciousness. Additionally we could expand on this by saying in 1957 the Earth's grids had not anchored 4D or higher resonating fields of energy yet, it was still existing primarily in the 3D fields of dimensional experience. The Earth's greater layers of Unified field were vibrating in a certain field resonance (The Shuman Resonance) that controlled the spectrum of vibration that the mass consciousness fields (there fore human beings) could experience. At this time the phase lock on these fields of time are leaving and we are able to experience a huge leap through timelines. (i.e. Dimensions) That means we will need to prepare our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves to adapt to these new forces and learn to align to them rather than resist them.

This also means we will need a new energy template to exist in the New Energy Fields. This 1957 soul will need an etheric template upgrade to prepare and support its vehicle to embody the higher frequencies now on the planet. If that being chooses its soul path, it will be guided to all the upgrades and adjustments needed to function well in the new energies. If that being is still locked into its 3 D consciousness and free will choices, it may not listen to the messages. The soul may decide to pass the body and return again to try for next time. The choice is ours!

Also please note the Indigos and beings born well into the 80's will have a much easier time to integrate the energies and will come into this incarnation "pre-wired" to the New Energies. Again each one of our life streams is imprinted into the exact vibration, consciousness fields and unified fields operating on the timeline and year we were born into. This will create a unique circumstance for each of us however when we connect to our Higher Self we will be guided appropriately.

So you may notice that if your body needs stabilization, recovery or to be more rejuvenated to embody the next levels of frequency for your service work in the world, you will be stalled until you address the specific healing or give yourself the time needed to rest and recover. Sometimes one may sense this as feeling "blocked" from moving forward. Also this will be purposed as a learning period for you to get reorganized in your thoughts and to embrace a larger piece of the divine puzzle that Spirit has orchestrated for your learning. This will allow you to be more interactive with the Spiritual Forces by comprehending your greater role in the mass evolution.

If you are being required to Recover and Reorganize and you are a healer, or provide spiritual/transformative services to others, you may notice your practice is dwindling, or there is much more free time available. This is allowing you to readjust yourself to the New Energy of Unity and to allow for the physical upgrades to embody the upgraded blueprint of the "Trinitized Form" (also known as the Cosmic Christ Consciousness from the TransHarmonic Universe, see last month's article). This is an actual, physical event, an upgrade to the elemental particles of our first Three energy centers which will completely overhaul our energetic blueprint. As in the previous example given, this is much, much more than just an upgraded "mind-set;" we are being completely reconstructed.

These last few months have been a time where we have needed to focus more of our attention on our physical stabilization to Recover from some pretty powerful energy surges and upgrades. Remember that when this is required Spirit will clear the space for you to be in isolation so that you may take good care of your self. There has been a stalling of forward movement activity in your life projects purposely to keep you out of distraction. This is especially if you needed the time for physical recovery and integration of the latest planetary energies. We are at the point where it is mandatory to know how to be in honor of the divine flow. By pushing against this current it will render you exhausted and confused as to why certain things are not moving. You will notice a greater amount of the next evolutionary wave of beings around you fumbling with the new principles of energy movement. No matter how hard these beings are pushing against the energies they cannot breakthrough! This is one of the first tasks of our awakening, we leave the 3 D human order of the ego's will and move into the divine order to know of our soul's true nature. When it is our time to be called, we can not go back to the old behaviors.

Learning to discern the impulses of our soul versus the lower desire body/addiction impulses is extremely important now. We are being firmly guided to learn how to just "Be" so we can align to the divine flow. This level of surrender is very challenging to the busy ego! If we can learn to rely on our inward connection it will make a major difference in how we will adapt to perceive the rapid changes of external events.

Learning to focus your mind and master your emotion is absolutely key to psycho-spiritual well being and physical health in the coming times. The frequencies will continue to amplify anything hidden, conflicted or in pain in the bodies and bring them up to the surface to clear. It is at the moment you observe that pain and are made aware of this pain that you can make a choice in how you respond. By changing your response, sometimes repeatedly, you are reprogramming that pain to a neutral space. It then ceases to have power over you.

Refocus and Reassignment
You may notice that your Light Leader Groups or Spiritual relationships (i.e. mentor teacher, healer, etc) are changing or you are ending your affiliation with them. Remember to honor yourself for these changes and to hold the Light even when tempers or feelings flare. Many endings are occurring now and are being finalized. Many of us that have been in spiritual groups established by others (or around a modality) are getting refocused to actually head their own personal group. It is not possible to be a follower of any other's agenda or "belief" if it is not congruent with our own energy. This is forcing us to get beyond our ego limitations as we must graduate to the next level of embodying that truth and for some of us it will take us into a leadership persona. If you are a leader you may not be a follower any longer.
