WORKED WITH various spiritual healing systems, such as Reiki,
Karuna Ki, Sekhem-Seichim-Reiki, Ra-Sheeba and, finally, my own personal
system called Amara, I have come to the belief that each system is simply
a different (and equal) facet of the same universal Life Force energy.
We are all able to channel these empowering energies that flow directly
from the Source and Spirit. Actually, we are that very energy manifesting
itself as human beings. We use it in creating all of our experiences,
including the experience of “who” we are - our personalities.
It is what constructs our personal reality. Consciously and unconsciously
we direct this energy to manifest into whatever we choose to experience
in that moment. The energies filter down through our belief systems
and very often we hold beliefs, again, consciously or unconsciously
that are not exactly “healthy” or contradict other beliefs. .
These patterns will most likely cause blockages and friction in our
energetic flow and eventually those patterns manifest as psychological
and/or physical sickness. When that occurs we are simply giving ourselves
a chance too look at our issues and move beyond them through recognizing
the beliefs and preconceptions we hold. It is not beneficial to see
an illness as a "punishment" for having "bad" beliefs. To experience wholeness we must accept every single aspect of ourselves.
There is nothing that is imperfect in us.
In order to fully experience any kind of permanent physical and spiritual
healing, it is my understanding that a shift in our subtle bodies will
not be sufficient as long as there is no actual shift in consciousness.
Consciousness is what manifests and directs all energy. By removing
blockages out of the aura we can regain a balanced state, but only temporarily.
If we keep expressing the same old patterns, the blockages will manifest
soon again in one form or another. .
However, in an energetically balanced
and centered state of being we have a great opportunity to honestly
look at ourselves and recognize the underlying limiting patterns that
we impose upon ourselves. As soon as we have moved beyond those patterns
by utilizing our loving acceptance we experience permanent spiritual
"wholing", which will naturally affect the health of the physical
body as well. Healing is not about fighting disease and discomfort.
It is about understanding how and why we allow it to manifest in the
first place.
Accepting our wounds as they are now is the first step
in becoming aware of their reasons for manifesting. We all experience
pain at some point or another and some experiences leave wounds that
stay open. By becoming aware of the patterns that keep these wounds
open, we finally allow them to heal naturally. Nothing needs to be undone
or fixed, as our true nature is whole and perfect. Allowance is the
only thing needed to experience healing. Allowing ourselves to see our
“darkness”, the shadow self, as it is, and then accepting
it, opens the door to our subconscious patterns and hidden aspects. Integrating
these aspects into our conscious experience of who/what we are connects
us to our true power and magic. When we can accept our rediscovered
power and magic we finally become fully grounded in our own divinity
and radiate the full spectrum of our being outward.
As an
energy worker, I channel the energy-consciousness of individual empowerment
and self-discovery by connecting with my Essence/Soul/Wider Self, and
then directing the flow of that empowering and loving energy into the
client's subtle bodies. I also use symbols and various energetic devices/holograms
that are inserted into and around the aura to invoke the specific type
of energy that is needed.
Symbols and energetic holograms can be seen
as "etheric enzymes" in a way, as they catalyze specific reactions
in the subtle bodies and consciousness. Some people hear symbols as
different tones. They are like energetic tuning forks. Each symbol has
its own specific vibration, and by connecting with the symbol we are
able to access and align with that specific facet of the Life Force
Energy. They are a very personal tool since every individual perceives
them slightly differently. The tone/energy pattern stays the same but
when it gets interpreted through the individual's perception, it can
produce many different experiences. The energy can trigger old memories
and subconscious associations, thus producing a variety of impressions.
There is no right way to interpret the energy, as the energy itself
has no labels. It's simply a tone that is to be experienced.
When
an energy worker utilizes symbols they are often aware of the meanings;
their own interpretations, that is. When applying a symbol into the client's
auric field they are implanting their own idea of the meaning as well,
in addition to the pure tone of the symbol. The facilitator sends the
energy in the form of a symbol coupled with a telepathic “suggestion”
of its meaning. Basically this means that they are utilizing two different
methods: The sending of "raw" energy and the offering of an
idea. Symbols can also be used without having a fixed idea of their
meaning. In this case the energy worker intuitively knows what symbol/energy
to use. The symbol is simply sent to the client as pure energy without
any suggested meanings, knowing that the person will use the energy
in the most beneficial manner.
Depending
on the situation, certain colors, emotions and ideas are also being telepathically
introduced in energy work. This all happens intuitively and every session
is as unique as the individual receiving it. Everything is done in alignment
with the intent of the client's Soul and the energy is free to be utilized
in the most beneficial manner by the client. The person receiving the
treatment is also free to reject whatever is sent so no "forcing"
takes place. After all, healing can only occur when we are open to it.
In a more
simplified way, my idea of facilitating healing can be seen as aligning
myself with the “Source Mind,” where everything is seen as
perfect and whole. The experience of perfection is then channeled (using
the various “tools” mentioned before) to the client’s
consciousness where it is supposed to cause a resonance. This resonance
of wholeness is in my opinion the main element, which facilitates the
healing process.
The intelligent
energies have a wonderful way of providing whatever is specifically
needed at any given moment. Often people who are feeling stressed and
out of balance experience a very peaceful and relaxed state of being
during and after a session. On the other hand, for people who already
feel very stable and centered, the energy often manages to surface repressed
and unnoticed issues, thus giving them an opportunity to deal with these
newly found or forgotten patterns. When possible issues come to surface
during a session, the energy-consciousness tends to make sure that they
can be dealt with without too much discomfort, as long as the person
is truly willing to let go of these old patterns. Ultimately everything
is up to the recipient, as the energy is only assisting and creating
the opportunity for healing. It provides the ideal circumstances and
then acts as a facilitating element during the process. The true healer
is always the recipient and not the energy worker carrying out the session.
