Is he Indigo or ADHD? Dear Sharyl: My son has just been diagnosed as ADHD. He has all the characteristics except that his self-esteem is low not high. He feels he does not belong, he is a mistake and he doesn't fit in. Everyone has their label for him or their solution& discipline or drugs. Joshua has structure and limits in his life. He is very sensitive and feels everything at a very high level. One on one he is much more focused, attentive and expressive. In a crowd, like at school, or in friend or family gatherings, is where he seems most ADHD. I think it is all just too much for him. Despite the difficulties, everyone can't help but adore him. He is such a loving affectionate child. His intellectual ability has been evaluated and he is at the top of the charts. I want to help him and would like to know how to be as sure as possible that he is Indigo and not ADHD and be put on medication. Are there alternate medicines or methods like flower essences. I have been practicing meditation and have involved him with me in some sessions. He especially like the ones I use a guided tape recording with candles lit in front of my little Buddha statue. Please help! Joshua's Mom Hello: Your son is without a doubt one of the new children. Whether he is Indigo or a combination of Indigo and some Crystal, I am not sure, but he is one of the new ones. I have recently become aware of a wonderful woman named Barbara Bullard who has done great work with music, brain waves and ADD, etc. Her website is www.dnamusic.com. She is doing some writing for us, which I am very excited about, but as of this date, it has not yet been published. I would check out her website and then email her for some suggestions for your son. She has also written a wonderful article for us on this subject, which goes into great detail about hemi-sync technology and music can help today's children. Could I be Indigo, Crystal and Starseed? Dear Sharyl: I have recently undergone recovered memories of horrific childhood abuse and a spiritual awakening at the same time. As I read more about metaphysics and spirituality, I have come across description s of Indigos, Crystals and Starseeds, I find that I share many attributes of each! I always knew I was special as a child, but no one else seemed to notice! I have had many experiences of "knowing" things that I could not have known, and seeing "people" who were not there since childhood. I was accused of lying and having a wild imagination daily as a child. The psychic experiences have become daily since awakening. I have "channeled" and communicated psychically with living and "passed" people, and have visited my home planet (by asking God to do so in meditation). I guess my question is: is it possible, or even probable, that a 46 year old woman who has recently awakened could be Indigo, Crystal and a Starseed? Do you have advice or resources you can point me to that will help with my awakening? Despite the support of the Universe, I feel a little lost. Thank
you. Welcome! It is not only possible that you are all of these, but I suspect that you indeed are. One of the problems with giving names to things is that it tends to cut those things in stone, which is not the intention. The intention is a common frame of reference with general guidelines. So, more and more I see the "lines" get blurry as we awaken more and more to what we carry within us. I am hearing from many people who seem to be "all of the above". As far as advice to help you along as you awaken, wow! that is a huge question. Everyone is so different and like different stuff! My personal preference has always been the Kryon materials as channeled by Lee Carroll and then the Group as channeled by Steve Rother. You can buy books by both, but can also find online channeling at www.kryon.com and www.lightworker.com in the Beacons of Light section. If there is one "process" that I would say is the most beneficial, it would be Eckhart Tolle materials on the The Power of Now. For me, it was necessary to hear him on CD before I could read his books, but it is different for each one. God

What of my beloved Louis? Dear Sharyl: I
am very interested in this theme, because I have a son, Luis; he is
9 years old, since he was born he is a very special child. When he was
born my husband had cancer, Luis only had 2 1/2 months, and when I felt
sad he looked at me into my eyes and I felt like he was talking to me,
he was my strength in those days. Actually Luis has a learning disability
diagnosed, he has speech articulations problems and language processing
problems. He is very independent, very creative and very artistic. He
draws and paints like a 15 year old kid. I know deep inside my heart
that he is very special, he knows when something happens in home, he
knows when I am stressed and in those moments he touches me and hugs
me. I want to help him in all ways. Now he is in a special school, he
is very happy but I'm worried about his future. Please let me know if
Luis is an indigo or crystal child. I want to know in order to help
him.
